  There are people that walk among us who are truly Angels on earth. People who are so kind and caring that they literally take your breath away. This company has multiple of these individuals, including the owner, Kelly, Chris and Scott, each of whom helped me with a very stressful roofing situation. I purchased my home about a year ago. The report written by the home inspector stated that the roof had a life expectancy of a minimum of 15 years or more and showed no signs of any issues. With that glowing report, I gave no mind to worrying about the roof for years to come. Two days ago I woke up and walked out of my bedroom. I heard dripping coming from the largest room in the house. I was shocked to see water dripping out of the ceiling and out of a nearby window frame. I immediately started calling local roofing companies that were open 24 hours since it was 6:00 in the morning. After multiple companies did not pick up their phones, I called Premier Systems Roofing and was put through to the owner, Kelly. Even though it was early in the morning, he said he would get ahold of his team in Rapid City immediately to come out to the house. Chris showed up and inspected the roof which apparently had new shingles on most of the main house, but the house's addition had an old rotten flat roof on it that had not been reported to me by the home inspector when I bought the house. After he found what was likely the culprit area on the roof, he came back later that afternoon and patched it until the entire flat roof could be replaced. I was so hopeful that that was where the water was coming in from but unfortunately it wasn't as the next morning more water was leaking from the same area inside the house. I called Kelly again and he immediately got in touch with his team and asked them to come back out. He was on the phone with me multiple times in the morning because my ceiling was starting to collect pockets of water. Not only did he give me instructions to pierce the cei

  I called 3 companies to get estimates on replacing my aging shingles. Premier Systems Roofing provided me with a complete estimate that was at a significant savings over their competitors. They answered all my questions and offered sound advice. I agreed to have them replace my roof. The communication with the staff was great and they were on time with start and job completion. I have recommended them to others.

  The team that replaced our roof were awesome, efficient, and kind. Two of the workers saw me coming out my front door and cleared a safe path for me without asking. They also cleaned up the area completely after they were finished. We are so impressed!!

  Premier Roofing Systems did a superb job repairing damage caused by a severe wind storm to the house we had purchased a week before. We were out of state, and our realtor reported that we had some damage to the roof and soffit area; she recommended Scott to us, and he was very responsive to our request. He came out as soon as possible and did a thorough inspection. He found some soffit damage a missing fan cover, and a bent-over antenna pole. He secured the fan area against potential water damage and gave us an estimate. Upon our accepting the estimate he ordered needed materials, and made repairs as soon as possible. The bill was for the estimated amount, and when we saw repairs we were satisfied. He told us that the replacement soffit skirt pieces didn’t quite match the original, and promised to replace them with the correct color. We highly recommend Premier and Scott.

  Scott with Premier was amazing. From day one after the storm, he was at our house handling everything from start to finish. He made himself available at all times to answer any questions and to make sure the entire process went smoothly. His team of roofers was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional. They did an exceptional job. Scott truly went above and beyond to ensure the work was done perfectly and that we had zero stress throughout the process. After seeing other roofing companies working in our neighborhood and noticing the mistakes, delays, shortcuts, and problems they had, I am incredibly grateful that we chose Premier.

  I am giving 5 stars only because there is not a choice for 6. Top notch service from beginning to end with Casey. Very helpful on the insurance side of things also, he walks you thru it step by step with knowledgeable answers. Job supervisor Chris was on it and kept everything on schedule and as promised.
