Brennan and Premier South Roofing installed our roof. They installed it on time and in price quoted. Our only out of pocket was our deductible and a few facial boards we asked them to replace. Brennan guided us through the paperwork process to file with insurance company. He was present when the claims adjuster inspected the roof on our house and unity building. I think we would have paid for the entire roof out of pocket had Brennan not guided through the process. Thanks again Brennan snd Premier South Roofing for s great job.

Working with Charlie Thames was great. Man made it possible to get our roof replaced after our insurance company initially denied our claim. Fast results every step of the way. Would recommend Charlie and his company to anyone needing help.

Premier Roofing did a nice job in one day, Considering all the preliminary paperwork that was done to get to the actual install. We were satisfied with our final estimate and quality of materials used. Ameer in the field and Randie in the office were most accommodating and always available. We will and have recommended them and appreciate all their efforts to get us back to NORMAL again. Rafael & Peggy M.

Premier South got our new post-Ida roof installed within a couple of weeks, from contract to completion. Ameer’s professional “get-it-done” attitude was very welcome and demonstrated by his knowledge, his attention to detail, and (most importantly) his regular contact with us. With each step of the process, we were kept informed and they delivered on their promises. I have already referred a friend in need of a new roof. Enjoying our beautiful new roof and great experience with Premier South is a blessed way to bring the bad experience of the storm to an end.

We had a great experience with Premier South from the 1st contact all the way through to the finished product. The employees were courteous and professional as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A commercial roof needs a proper record after severe weather. Wide shots and close-ups of the field, seams, flashings, curbs, drains and edge metal. Notes on anything displaced or punctured. A look at the rooftop units and how they are connected. Interior conditions belong in the same file: ceiling staining, damp insulation, equipment affected. Date everything and tie each finding to a specific roof section, because that is what makes the record usable months later. For Lafayette properties, getting this done before repairs begin is the step most often skipped.18 hours agoLearn more
