Company is jack up my roof was done a year ago and the whole roof came off the other roofing company came out an said that it was nail instead with short nail not even able to whole the wood down that was put to hold the roof it was supposed to Screwed down instead of nail an a lifetime warranty turn into nothing because of his short nail mistake

Your metal roof was not nailed down that’s a lie! Your metal was screwed down to 1x4 pine boards. The 1x4s were nailed down with 3” nails. The roof was installed on 2/27/24 and then on 3/21/25 hurricane size winds wrapped the metal up in the trees 100 yards away from the house. Our warranty doesn’t cover winds that are hurricane rated I advised you to call your insurance company which is responsible for wind damages of that rating. We’ve never had any other roofs fly off yours is the only one. And it was installed correctly I can assure you. Other roofing companies will tell you anything to get Iyour business and I guess you’ll believe it. But let’s state the facts we did over 100 other trailer houses that year and no problems from them. Church point had hurricane size winds that day that wrapped the metal up in the trees wayyy away from the house. You don’t have homeowners insurance and can’t be mad at them so you’re mad at us We can’t give away roofs and sell roofs at a low price I’m sorry we don’t cover storm rated winds that’s your insurance company’s responsibility.

When I called Roof Kings, I spoke with Cory who set up a time to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. After checking in and being assured, no one came out. After calling back several times, Cory apologized and rescheduled for the next day. However, once again, no one came except this time my calls were ignored too. I waited for two days with a leak in my roof in bad weather waiting on Roof Kings when I should have just called someone more professional in the first place. Don't waste your time like they did mine. Edit: Since I can't respond to the businesses response: This is exactly the type of classy behavior you can expect from these people. But guess what - I'm a real person. I'm not here to ruin anyone's business, I'm just here to post my real experience. Because it turns out, when you give people terrible service and cost them two full days of extra water damage, they give you a bad review. WHO'D HAVE THOUGHT? Do you want me to post Cory's cell phone number here, like I'm making this all up? Or how about you just do better and maybe you won't have to worry about people negatively reviewing you.

I highly recommend Jerod with Roof Kings! He recently repaired my gutter, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He was quick to respond, showed up when he said he would, and completed the repair efficiently and professionally. Jerod was wonderful to work with, honest, knowledgeable, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s hard to find reliable contractors these days, and Roof Kings exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for fast, quality service from someone you can trust, give Jerod and Roof Kings a call!

I just used Roof Kings on recommendation from a contractor to roof a rural 2-story house a few parishes away from Lafayette. The communication was prompt and steady. Veeeeery fair price! Paperwork and invoices and e-signature through phone. Very efficient and well oiled business. The roof looks amazing! The team showed up promptly and didn’t stop until the very last scrap was picked up. The work is top notch!! Thank y’all!!!!!

Jared and his time knocked out a chimney flashing job at my aunts house. Scheduling and communication was effortless. He did the work himself as opposed to subbing out. Not something you encounter with a lot of roofing companies. 10/10 would recommend.
