  I had a roof installed by Lafayette Roofing a couple years ago. They were very professional and at that time they did a great job. We’ve had several bad storms that had knocked off several shingles over the last couple of years. A couple of months ago we had another bad storm and lost several more shingles. One of the roofers explained our shingles never sealed and it’s a failed roof and needs to be replaced. Lafayette Roofers came and verified we had proper roof ventilation and the roof has failed. They explained they will work with the manufacture to get approval to replace the roof. This was several months ago!!!! I have called Jeff and the main number multiple times to get a hold of him and he is not calling me back. This is extremely unprofessional to not maintain contact with a payed client. I will never do business or recommend Lafayette Roofers again. This is bad business.

  If your going to allow your employees to drive like A-holes, like the one that pulled out of the trailer park on Congress today. You might want to take your advertising off the side of your trucks.

  Didn't get a call back for an estimate. I guess the job I needed him to do wasn't big enough which was fine, but lying saying I'll call you back with an estimate and then don't is poor taste and not professional.

  Have been meaning to post our review for months. We hired LA Roofing to quote and reroof our home in the early spring since we had developed a leak over our laundry area. I told them about the leak and showed the salesman. He climbed up on roof and looked at everything and we were then given the quote. We agreed to it and set it up. They came in around three wks later and supposedly did our roof. When they left we noticed our front porch cover and part if the house trim we're badly damaged by thier nail guns. I called and reported this and was told someone would come to inspect. The next day it rained hard and the laundry room leak was worse! I called and reported that to the secretary and she said someone would call but no one returned our call. After many calls over the next 4 days with no response, my husband asked to speak to the owner. The owner must of told the foreman to call us so they finally did. They came to the house the next day and after looking it over we were told that they didn't include the flat roof in the job. It was not told to us before nor was it excluded in the contract. That did not seem very honest. We voiced our complaints about this and that this was why we replaced the roof in the first place. They put a blue tarp over the leaking area and said they would figure out when they can return, still not telling us it would cost more!! After many promises to come back and fix it AND repair porch cover damage and months going by without anyone coming by we were getting frustrated and nervous as it was now hurricane season. I called again and said someone had dropped the ball and they would call me back that day. Well, they didn't. We finally hired another roofer who came out the same day and fixed the flat roof. Then I received an email from LA Roofing quoting us a price on something they were suppose to do in the first place!! We told them no and that was the end our ever recommending this company to anyone!! Poor service , misrepresen

  Contractor made an appointment for 2:00 however he never showed up. I called him an hour later only to be told that he was busy doing something else. He never did show up nor did he contact me to offer an apology or explanation.

  5 stars. Great customer service. They sent a guy out to check a spot on the roof same day I called and it was fixed in the next! Highly recommend

  Our sales men Jared was absolutely amazing answered all my questions went above and beyond to help in any and ever way he could. I could not have asked for a better representative. I also had amazing service from the roofing guys Dylan Henry and his guys did a beautiful job in an amazing time frame. These guys didn’t leave a spec of trash or mess 100% will recommend to any one.

  Excellent service! Jackson Manning came out out and gave a free inspection for my roof. He was very through, professional and had a great service mentality. Would recommend to anyone seeking help for roofing repair needs!

  This is the best roofing company in town I highly recommend them and have done business with them 2 times thus far with zero issues. They did a great job, are available at any time for anything, and took care of my property as if it was theirs.
