  Always a black premier roofing truck doing burnouts white smoking the tires and sliding sideways thru Ridgeland every single afternoon!! Very unprofessional.

  I was given a written quote by Mr Shannon Price at Premier Roofing in October after Hurricane Mathew. I then started to correspond with Mr. Price after having received his company's quote. When I asked for more information pertaining to my quote Mr.Price was forth coming and supplied this information. I spoke with Mr Price to ask some questions about roofing materials that he had sent me, he began to tell me that Premier offered more products that I was not aware of. I then asked Mr. Price to please send me hard copy of these "upgrades". He did and along with this information, he informed that the original quote was incorrect. This new quote of upgrades was followed by an aside that the original quote submitted to me in October was incorrect and the new quote was $4000. - 5,000 more expensive. After continued calls to Mr. Price as well as the home office, I have nothing. I messaged the owner of Premier Roofing, who I have yet to hear from. Price gouging after the hurricane has been consistent on Hilton Head and this company is no different. Maggie Lucchesi

  Thanks to Jason and Tristan of Premier Roofing for working very hard on a project nobody wanted. I was in a tough situation and had to have someone reposition a long large heavy glass panel in a high atrium ceiling that was moved by the ice and snow we had this year. Then it recently started raining which made things worse. Some refused to do it or wouldn’t return my calls, others said they just didn’t wanted to do the project. These guys considered it a challenge and got it done. Thanks very much!

  I can happily say Premier Roofing has professionally responded to quickly assist us in roof damage on two separate occasions. The first time was in 2016 after we sustained damage from Hurricane Matthew and when other roofers would not return calls. This week after high winds removed several shingles off the roof. On both experiences we were treated like our problem was their highest concern. Their work is flawless and there is no unsightly visual evidence of their repair after they leave. I will continue to keep them saved in my phone's directory.

  Had a small problem that was quickly turning into a big one. Timing was not on our side as more rain was expected and we had an out of town commitment. Derek (the owner) responded immediately to my call at 8:00am and was on site as committed by 10:30am after he checked in with his team on a roof installation project off island. He didn't slam in a patch repair, he did a complete and proper repair. He also took the time to blend in shingles from another section so it was not a group of new shingles in one spot. Derek was professional, fun to hang out on the roof with and you can tell he takes great pride in his work. Whether it is a future issue or just time for a new roof, I will be calling Derek. I like people that are OCD and passionate about what they do, the end result shows!

  What a great company! Responsive in ONE DAY unlike other companies in the area! Then, worked in the rain to not only get job done but to clean up completely for a realtor coming to see our house! Great attitude! Great quality! Great people for the job!

  Premier roofing installed a new roof on our home in Sea Pines 5 years ago. Recently I had a small problem related to the roof. Premier came out, looked at the problem, and made the repair FREE of charge on the same day!!! I highly recommend Premier Roofing

  Had a small leak in kitchen after seven years. Called Premier who installed new roof.It was out of warranty but yhe owner Derek Holland called me back said he would come take o look.He repaired boot on a pipe and said while he was up there would blow my roof. I said ok not asking about price.Half hour later he had done roof gutters blown debris away from house and said if I have problem with leak call him. I said how much do I owe you he said it was on him. NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE

  Derek and his team are fantastic! Not only are they a locally owned and operated company, they take pride themselves and in their reputation, so quality work at a great value with above and beyond communication is the way they conduct themselves everyday!
