  Our roofing project began over seven months ago and remains incomplete, despite payment having been made. Alex/JW Roofing was used through our contractor and was to compelte the roofing area on an upper balcony that we had built on. We have been given multiple explanations for the delays. First, we were told there was a faulty product that needed to be replaced. Then we were informed that supplier lead times were causing delays. Later, we were told the company was tied up with other projects. We have reached out to Alex numerous times seeking updates and resolution, but the outstanding work still has not been completed. While we understand that unexpected issues can arise on any project, seven months is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a paid job to be finished, especially with limited communication and no clear timeline for completion. We would have preferred to resolve this directly, but after repeated attempts and no satisfactory resolution, we feel others should be aware of our experience. We simply expected the work we paid for to be completed in a reasonable timeframe and with better communication throughout the process. Regardless of whether we chose JW Roofing to do the work or not, we just want the project completed as we were promised.

  I truly regret hiring this company. I am not happy with the disaster that took place at my house after purchasing a roof with JW. I am also not impressed with the excuses they made to try and get out of paying for the damages. Roof looks great though.. when it’s not leaking! 👍 …

  Hi Johnny? We clearly have not done business with you when we have no idea who you are and have no record of you in any of our systems. If we actually did business with you, we would have fixed any leak same day as we do with any leak that occurs. Feel free to prove us wrong on the claim that this is a fake review.   I can whole heartedly recommend JW Roofing for anyone needing a new roof. Nate and his team provided a competitively priced roof replacement that was completed with extra care for surrounding landscaping. Their cleanup was great. When they left all they left me was a beautiful new roof. One more point to share. They also replaced three old sky lights, one of which was an odd size located in a confined space. Nate was able to find the perfect replacements for all the sky lights. I’m very pleased.

  I highly recommend JWRoofing. They just put a beautiful new roof on my house and did a great job! Nathan (owner) took care of any issues quickly and competently going above and beyond! They were also very competitively priced. I highly recommend!

  We got detailed bids from 3 roofing contractors and chose JW Roofing for several reasons. Their bid was detailed and clear. Price was not the lowest but very fair for all services to be provided. And we felt very comfortable that Nathan Robert who visited with us often about the bid and how the work would be accomplished. The actual roof replacement (and chimney removal) went exactly as described and planned. Roof was installed well and actually has gotten us several very positive comments about how it looks and the color we chose with Nathan's help - Slate. The crew was punctual, and left the yard, driveway and roof very clean. They did a very professional job and we would use JW Roofing again, if we need a roof - say in 25 years. We also have to say Nathan followed up with us every step of the way, made sure we were comfortable with the color, the dates of installation and finally if we were pleased with the results - which we definitely were. Hand holding with customers at this level is rare these days and was extremely welcome as this was a BIG decisions for us. Nathan was instrumental in making our decision a very happy one.

  The day that Nathan Robert showed up at my house for a requested quote I was impressed by how he handled himself and his conversational skills. I became very comfortable with working with him. It was a big job, a total reroof with six new Velux skylights. The JW roofing crew was very organized and swift. There was a little damage to wood in the very tight spaces but was repaired beautifully. I’m extremely happy with their work.

  5/5 Stars Hands Down! Working with Nate, the owner of JW Roofing, was smooth and effortless. He was incredibly responsive from day one. His team completed a thorough inspection, handled all the prep work, and got us on the schedule promptly. When the installation team arrived, their efficiency was remarkable; they operated seamlessly, like a NASCAR pit crew. Throughout the entire project, they kept me informed with real-time updates, photos, and explanations of everything they repaired. It was a great experience from start to finish. While I hope I won't need another new roof for the next 40 or 50 years, I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. If you are in the market for a roof replacement, give Nate and his team a call!
