After months of searching for a company to replace the stucco siding on our home with Hardie siding, we chose Preferred Siding Inc. We're so glad we did! Steve and Kathy were responsive, attentive, and took the time to listen to our wants and concerns throughout the entire process. Steve continuously stopped by to make sure the installation was going well. The quality of the Hardie siding installation exceeded our expectations. Our home has been completely transformed, and our neighbors are constantly complimenting how beautiful it looks. I highly recommend Preferred Siding to anyone looking for an outstanding Hardie siding installation. Their professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer service made the entire experience exceptional.

Everyone i dealt with at the Preferred Siding Inc. was extremely knowledgeable, customer orientated and friendly. We had lots of moving pieces: ordering our own supplies and coordinating with Preferred Siding Inc. to ensure supply delivery was in sync with installation schedule. Everything came together for a perfect job.

This is the second time in 18 years that I have used Preferred Siding. This second job was huge--60 feet long and 3 stories high--and to carry it out required the kind of imagination and skills that only Steve Ginsberg and his remarkable award-worthy crew could bring to it. Part of the job involved fitting straight Hardy Boards to four massive three-story high curved walls embedded with nine or twelve windows each. The eventual look was that of natural shingles. Fitting straight boards to curved walls required planning and innovation, and much repeated measuring and cutting and fitting. The work was done from tall scaffolding that the crew fearlessly maneuvered like mountain cats. All the old wooden trim and facia was replaced with Hardy Board, giving the new wall a startlingly elegant look. Although Steve had described to us in detail what he was planning,. the result is unexpectedly beautiful. He did far more than we had anticipated. Our house now feels like a new home.

How often can someone say that a home improvement project was a pleasurable experience?!?! Preferred Siding provided just that with excellent communication and prompt (nearly immediate) customer service, an uncommon willingness to work with us on project timing and materials, and a wonderful and friendly installation crew producing impeccable results! We strongly and whole-heartedly recommend Preferred Siding.
