  google do not allow deletion of reviews. My close friend, Laura, paid Scott Tripp $12,000 on April 19, 2024 to replace a TREX deck. Today is October 30, 2025. This was the deposit. He has done no work, has not returned the money and his phone is disconnected. His office is closed. She has filed a complaint with the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. In researching this company and its owner we found that almost all negative reviews on Google were relegated to the ozone as no one but the writer could see them. Potential customers need to be warned. There was a News Channel 4 piece done on this company in January of 2025. Just google Capitol Pro Services and it's listed. Contact me separately for the case #.

  Worked with this company on a garage construction job. Scott Trip said he and his company would get the permits, which should only take a few weeks. We wait for four months. They say they got the permits and can get started on the work. Then we find out that he never pulled any permits. The concrete foundation he poured has to be removed and re-done because it was done so poorly. He said he'd give us a refund, but we haven't gotten it yet. Total nightmare scenario for me as a homeowner.

  Excellent work done by Capital Pro on my roof replacement. They worked with my insurance, gave me plenty of options, and the roofing crew got the project done in a single day. If we ever have a home repair, this team is my first call.
