We hired JLA remodeling for our extension renovation, and they did an amazing job updating the space. They handled the flooring, painting, and bathroom door installation with incredible attention to detail. The crew worked efficiently, they provided us with updates on timeline and next steps. We highly recommend JLA remodeling and would work with them on our next project.

Juan Carlos and his team do incredible work! He was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire process, including timelines and when the team would arrive. He also took the time to thoroughly review the project upfront and clearly outlined all the details in the contract. The team was efficient, professional, and respectful of our home, always removing their shoes and providing updates at the end of each day. Their attention to detail and quality of work really stood out. I highly recommend Juan Carlos and his team for any remodeling needs. They deliver excellent results at a fair and affordable price.

Exceptional craftsmanship, communication, and character JLA Remodeling is what every homeowner hopes to find but rarely does. Juan Carlos Araya and his crew are craftsmen in the truest sense: steady, skilled, and singularly focused on excellence. From the first handshake to the final nail, they treated our home, us, our surroundings, and our neighbors’ properties with care and our time with respect. Every detail was deliberate. Every day ended with a clean site and a clear update. The rhythm of their work was almost artistic—precise, patient, and professional. Our new roof is far more than functional; it is a beautiful showcase. JLA’s craftsmanship transformed the entire character of our home. Neighbors have slowed their cars, stopped mid-walk, and asked who did it. The answer is JLA Remodeling, and now they all want their number. Juan Carlos is rare. Calm under pressure, driven by integrity, proud of his craft, honest and transparent, clear and communicative even in chaos, and committed to quality in a way that never wavered, even when insurer confusion could have derailed the project. He kept things human. He kept things right. He completed the work on time, without cutting corners or compromising quality, and with genuine perfection. If you want integrity with your installation, diligence with your design, and workmanship that actually means something, call JLA. They turned a stressful situation into something seamless and remarkable. Completely happy and satisfied customers,

I recently had JLA Remodeling remodel my townhouse, including a full master bathroom remodel, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of their work is outstanding — the bathroom looks amazing and exceeded my expectations. Throughout the project, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and care for my property. While working, they noticed a few additional items that needed attention and helped me get them repaired quickly and properly. That extra effort really shows their commitment to doing the job right. I highly recommend JLA Remodeling to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and responsive team. I’ll definitely be turning to them for future projects.
