Very efficient. All the roofers were very nice to work with and completed the job as required. Cleaned up the work site before leaving each day. Protected landscape. They used ear buds rather than loud music as they worked. They parked vehicles appropriately to allow traffic to flow through the street. Quality work and materials. Supervisors on site at intervals to touch base and answer my questions. Good teamwork! Safety harnesses for roofers. Good experience. Thanks to all involved and Kudos for a job well done.

I originally asked for a leaf guard on the rain gutters which I replaced with the roof but the installed gutters didn't have them. In my original post, I gave them two stars because I didn't get an adequate response from the company when I approached them with the problem. However, the owner (Dave) contacted me and came to my house to personally to try to amend the problem. The mistake was as much my fault as theirs, and although we didn't find a solution to the leaf guard problem, I was very impressed with the effort Dave made and raised my review to four stars. It was exactly the effort I expected when I chose a smaller company and all other aspects of my experience were at or above my expectations. Good work, Dave. I genuinely wish your company the best going forward!

Terry we are sorry we did not reach out to you in a timely manner. We will follow up with a call and go over your contract and see what we can do to resolve this. Even though our representative is no longer working here he left on great terms and we are in contact with him. We do run specials from time to time and they are not retroactive on our contracts. Had a couple spots on my roof that needed fixed and a vent replaced, worked with Kyler. He was very professional and friendly and was able to get the fix knocked out right away. Cleaned up well once he was complete. Will definitely be the first call I make if the wind around here ever tears things up again!

Kyler is amazing! Professional, personable! Right after last giant windstorm he came to the door to offer services to repair lost shingles. He arrived the following day on time and repaired roof shingles and left the area spotless . He did such a wonderful job that 4 other neighbors requested his services. I will always recommend Kyler to anyone who is in need of service! Thank you for a job well done!

Workers were very efficient and self sufficient. They showed up at 8:00AM in cold weather and went straight to their task. By 4:00PM they had stripped off the existing shingles and felt, laid down the moisture barrier and were nearly finished laying the felt. They arrived the next morning and had all of the shingles installed and cleaned up any mess by 1:00 on our 2200 sq/ft two story home. The shingle job was a fair price and looks great. I highly recommend Precision Roofing to anyone who needs a roofing contractor.

Had my shingles flying off my roof and got a quote from another company that was wayyy over priced. Called precision roofing and exteriors and expressed my worries and stress from having to deal with a whole roof replacement. David came by checked out my house and was able to calm me and my worries. Was very upfront and honest and willing to work with me for my budget. Decided to go with David and was the best decision I could make! Got my whole roof replaced and a reasonable price for my budget. Would definitely recommend to others. Got me on the schedule immediately and took the crew just two days even with the weather being what it is right now that’s it’s winter.
