Potter Roofing & Exteriors did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, dependable, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were finished. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior work.

Potter did our full roof and gutter replacement. From the first time Derick came out to offer an estimate, he was courteous, professional and straightforward. He listened to what we wanted done and addressed all questions we had. The installation went smoothly and looks great, we couldn't be happier with the result.

Absolutely the best! Potter roofing did an amazing job on my roof, I’ve also had them install custom French doors, exterior doors, gutters, wrapped my exterior windows & flashing, and recently repaired the entrance door for my business. Residential, commercial…. Anything you need give them a call!

Derick was communicative and paid attention to details. He listened to all requests and stood by his word. That is hard to find in contractors now a days. Derick and his team ensured they wouldn’t damage certain things and took all precautions to keep our house and property like their own. Would recommend !

After the snow from the storm melted, I noticed shingles in my yard. Derick came out of his way to inspect and repair my roof that same day. I’ve known Derick for years now and his integrity is first class. He is also a combat veteran. God bless America :)

Derrick and his guys put a roof on my garage, patched up some rotten spots, installed ridge vents, replaced gutters and made my place look great. I had been waiting on another roofer until I got tired of waiting. I called Derrick Potter, he came that day after work, gave me an estimate and did the job the next day. I was very impressed! Thanks Derrick!

Derick and the team did an excellent job replacing my roof. He was fair and transparent in his price for the work. In fact they did so well that a half dozen of my neighbors in our small development had Potter replace their roofs and several more have lined them up to do theirs.

Replacing the roof on our house was one of our largest investments in our home since becoming homeowners. We contacted 12 different companies for quotes and are happy we chose Potter Roofing & Exteriors. Our new roof looks beautiful and adds such curb appeal to our home.

My experience with Potter was amazing. We had a rather unfortunate situation on our hands with our first home purchase and we had no choice but to act quick. When the situation was explained to Derrick. He made sure I had a tarp for my roof asap. He was there the next morning and braved the rain from tropical depression Debbie. To make sure I had coverage until we can get the roof fixed. This was highly appreciated and allowed my fiancé and I to rest a little easier. The job was clean and done timely. I totally recommend Potter to anyone!

One of the hardest parts of home ownership is finding the right company to repair or complete projects when needed. When my roof was compromised and needed a full replacement, I began the search for a company to do the job. My search ended when I spoke with Potter Roofing & Exteriors because I realized Mark knew what he was talking about and that this family owned business could best meet my needs. During the installation Derek, Mark’s son saw that several sheets of plywood would have to be replaced and there was an old fan on the roof we decided to remove. Derek knew just what to do and today, I have a roof that is not only beautiful but functions as a protection from the elements. I recommend Potter Roofing because their pricing and quality of installation sets them apart from any other company.
