  Gutter installation is terrible! And Porter Roofing is not taking responsibility for it. Keep saying they are fine but why does water splash into our window and there seem to be no leaf guards because they were super clogged. Porter came and spent the day doing finishing work or something (putting two end caps on that apparently were cosmetic because their gutter installer did a hack job). Now it’s rained, major water bypasses the gutter then dumps in our window. I’ll need to have a different company out to inspect but for now, our old gutters with holes in them worked better, way better so I have trouble with a crappy $3,000 gutter job. It should be zero stars.

When we arrived to further inspect and resolve the issue, we were asked to leave before we were able to complete the evaluation, as there was concern about making the situation worse. We stand behind our work and genuinely want the opportunity to make this right. Issues like water overshooting gutters can often be resolved with proper inspection and adjustments, and we would welcome the chance to fully assess what’s going on.   Contracted them for a roof replacement and gave a deposit. They never harped off our roof which was peeling in sections. After a night of rain and wind the shingles had flown off in sections and damaged my car. I called and cancelled the job siting their lack of follow through on their word and they refused to give me my deposit back. Do not trust their word.

  Porter did a roof repair with warranty for us. Within 2 years the roof began to leak in the same place. A supervisor came out and confirmed they would get it on the schedule. They have not done the repair and will not return calls. I had to take them to small claims for a refund they owed too. Stay away, very dishonest and shady.take

  Very dependable company that does quality work the first time. We have used Porter Roofing a few times for roof leaks. They are highly professional and are quick to address the customers needs and concerns. They stand behind their work and we have not had a repeat issue after the repairs they did.

  Porter did a great job!! I came home from out of town and had a water mark in kitchen. Dave came out within days to do his inspection. Then the crew came out a week later. Super fast answers and repairs!Great team!!

  Roof repair can be a tricky business because determining the exact point the water is entering can be difficult. Porter came out multiple times until they were successful at fixing the leak. They did it for an affordable price. I appreciate their work.

  Porter has done three roof repair jobs for me (2018, 2024 & 2026. Each one was a great job done quickly and professionally. Very pleased with their price and results which is why I keep going back to them.
