  Shawn came out for a roof inspection and had originally installed the roof years earlier. When we noticed a leak during a rainy season, he checked the roofing system, found the issue, and explained that the problem was in the roof decking under the shingles. He sent his roofing crew out to take care of the repair at no cost, even though the shingles were still in good shape and the original workmanship warranty had already expired. Once the crew got on the roof and saw that the source of the leak was not caused by their work, they still completed the repair without charging me. That kind of honest service, strong communication, and standing behind the job says a lot. In the Texas heat and storms, it is great to have a roofer who is dependable, fair, and willing to help. I would gladly use this roofing company again and recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or inspection.

  we had roofing work done on our home in houston, and we are very impressed with the results. william and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish. we shared a photo of the roof style and detail we wanted, and they matched it very closely while making sure everything fit the house well. during the project, they found water damage in the roof decking from an old leak and repaired the damaged wood the right way before finishing the job. even with that extra repair, everything stayed on schedule and the price was fair. the new roof looks great, and we can already tell the house feels better protected from the houston heat and heavy rain. they also paid close attention to problem areas and made clean cuts and solid fits around vents, flashing, and other tricky roof sections. shawn and the crew were on time, respectful, professional, and did a thorough cleanup when the work was complete. that made the whole process much easier for us. we have also used them for a few other home exterior projects, and jace has always been responsive and helpful. the crews have been reliable every time, and we are very happy with the quality of the work. overall, we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or related home repair services.

  i do not usually leave reviews, but when a roofing company goes the extra mile to make the whole process easy, i want to make sure they get the credit they earned. Shawn came out, did a full roof assessment, explained the condition of the decking and shingles in simple terms, and gave me a quote that was much better than other roofers i had contacted, which made it a great value. Once i approved the estimate, they scheduled the work quickly so the roof would be protected before the heavy Houston rain set in. The crew arrived on time, completed the tear-off right away, and kept the job moving smoothly. By the third day, the new roof installation was finished, the cleanup was done, and the property was left clear of nails and staples. During the tear-off, they discovered around 40 sheets of plywood with black mold and damaged wood underneath the old roofing materials. They immediately showed me the problem, explained why replacement was needed, and made sure everything was repaired the right way so my home would be safe and solid. i really appreciated how honest, careful, and professional the whole roofing crew was from start to finish. This roofing company was not the cheapest or the most expensive, but they were by far the most detailed and thorough with their inspection report and estimate. They gave us three separate quotes for each roofing concern, which really helped us plan the work in stages. Our home has two flat roof sections with a pitched section in the middle, plus gutters, so it was very helpful that they broke everything out separately and explained the options clearly. They took time to walk us through the condition of the roof, what repairs were most important, and what could be handled later. That kind of honest communication made the whole process much easier.   Commercial building roofing service was excellent. Shawn promptly inspected my flat roof and provided a clear, fair, and easy-to-understand proposal along with a detailed warranty. He followed up with helpful phone calls to answer my questions and explain the roofing process. The crew started and finished the job in an organized way and stayed on schedule, which was very important for my business. Because of the building’s architectural design, the project required custom metal flashing, and the finished flashing looked outstanding and performed even better than expected. The team showed strong professionalism, solid communication, and real skill with commercial roofing work.   We wanted to give about a 4.5, but here is the short version of our roofing experience. Overall, the process was solid and easy to follow. We received a free roof estimate, took time to think through the options, and then moved forward after the roof scope and materials were clearly explained. Communication before the job was good, and the team kept us updated on the plan. We chose to replace our old shingle roof with a textured metal roofing system, which required a full tear-off. There were a few questions around the gutters and the dumpster delivery from a third party, but everything was handled and the project stayed on track. The crew also adjusted the start time to fit our schedule, which we appreciated. The roofing crew was professional, hardworking, and efficient. What was expected to take 1 to 2 days was finished in just 1 day without feeling rushed. They protected the windows with boards, put down tarps to help control debris, and did a good job with cleanup after the roof installation. We noticed a few nails in the yard afterward, but overall the property was left in good shape, especially for a full roof tear-off and replacement. Payment at the end took a little extra coordination for the credit card portion, but it was completed and everything worked out. During and after the project, our project manager, Shawn, communicated well and answered questions clearly. Follow-up communication from the office side could be smoother, but the main roofing process itself was handled well. We decided to go with the metal roof because of the long-term warranty, durability, and the added value it brings in hot Texas weather. Overall, this was a positive roofing experience with good service, strong communication, and a roof crew that worked fast and professionally.
