i highly recommend this roofer. I had my roof replaced a couple months ago in Kennesaw, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. todd was very knowledgeable and always gave a clear, well thought out explanation for every question i had about the roofing work, materials, and gutter details. The crew did solid work, kept things organized, and made the job easy to understand. What stood out most was how well they stood behind their work. About a month after the installation was finished and paid for, i noticed a gutter nail sticking out on the second floor, likely loosened during the roof install. Since it was not something i could safely handle myself, i sent an email, and todd came back out and fixed it right away with no hassle. Great follow-through, dependable service, and a very professional roofing experience.

Edit: owner called me back within 30 minutes after my voicemail, apologized for the slow communication, and said the roofing issue would be handled right away. i appreciated the quick response and the effort to make things right. We were quoted for 3 small roof leaks on my 79 year old mother’s home, and at first one leak still seemed to need attention after the repair. i called, and levi apologized and said he would take care of it quickly. After that, jay followed up and the remaining leak was addressed. In the end, the crew showed they cared, communicated better, and worked to resolve the issue properly. todd was respectful, the repair was finished, and my mother felt taken care of. It started with some frustration, but it turned into a positive experience with a team that stood behind their roof work and made sure the small leak repair was completed.

Jay and his crew were great from start to finish. Jay walked us through the metal roofing choices and helped us pick the best fit for our home in Kennesaw. He was easy to reach, answered every question, and made the whole roofing process simple and stress free. Having the owner on site during the roof installation gave us extra confidence, and the workmanship, materials, and attention to detail were excellent. The new metal roof looks fantastic, was installed professionally, and came at a very fair price. We are very happy with the service and would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone needing roof repair or roof replacement in Kennesaw. They will be our first choice for any future roofing needs.

Porter Family Roofers LLC really showed up for us and did an excellent job replacing the roofs on our home, porch, and detached garage all in one day. pedro was very responsive, easy to talk to, and full of helpful information. he stayed on-site to make sure the whole roofing project moved smoothly from tear-off to final cleanup. The finished roof looks beautiful, and the workmanship is solid. After seeing our result, a family member of mine also had a roof leak taken care of through my referral and had a great experience too. todd also went the extra mile by connecting me with a mason for chimney work and helped make sure everything lined up well with the roofing schedule. It felt like more than just a roof replacement because levi clearly cared about doing the job right, protecting our property, and helping the people who hire him. i am very happy with the service, the communication, and the final outcome.

Todd came out to check a roof leak that showed up while we were away. We had bought the house not long ago, so we called Porter Family Roofers LLC, the crew that had installed the roofing system before. The shingles, flashing, and overall roof work were still in very solid shape, and todd took the time to do a careful inspection instead of just guessing at the problem. He found that the leak was not caused by the roof at all. A damaged sprinkler head was spraying water up into the soffit area each morning, which made it look like a roofing issue. We had no idea the sprinkler system was even active, so his thorough look saved us from an unnecessary roof repair. i really appreciated how honest and helpful the visit was. jay would have been proud of that level of service. bryan kind of attention to detail is hard to find. the roof still looks great, and the whole experience gave us real peace of mind. we are very happy with the condition of the roof and the professional inspection, and i highly recommend them for any roof leak, soffit, or shingle concern.
