  I meet with estimator Josh who spoke fluent English and we came to an agreement to replace around 25 square of roofing on a large slope and repair some shingle around the house at gutter level that were coming loose. I paid premium price for the job and when they came to replace the shingles there were no English speaking workers. The shingles sliding off at gutters level around the house were not all repaired. I tried to communicate with their workers but they would not talk to me. I was in the attic and looked out my dormer window and saw that there were unrepaired shingles After receiving their check , Jay said it was not part of the deal! I would not work with people that don’t speak your language. Don’t use these roofers! Josh made. The deal but Jay is the owner that don’t talk to you. Those shingles are two stories up and can’t be seen from the ground!

  This company is not a reliable company, we signed a contract to replace my roof and interior work, since January 9 they replaced my roof and they disappeared, I haven’t heard from them because they got most of the money from insurance already.

  I was appalled at the service provided. The C&R rep that approached me with my roof work has smooth talk. Once the money was received from the insurance company, to complete the work took them time. I will not recommend them to anyone for rooting.

  I'm sorry sir you are not happy but I would like to explain a little bit. You signed the construction agreement on 4-30-24 and you picked the date for roof installation of 5-30-24.We installed the roof on 5-30-24 on the date you picked. The original interior estimate from your insurance company did not include the painting of the ceilings and we submitted the paperwork to the insurance companyon 5-31-24 they took forever to revise your estimate after several calls and emails we find out your adjuster had been fired and got the claim moved to a new adjuster and then at that time they included the correct work. We received the updated estimate from them on 8-15-24 When then the tried to contact you on. 8-16-24 at 2:30pm via text and call We tried on 8-18-24 via text and call We tried on 8-20-24 via text and call. Finally we got a hold of you on 9-3-24 I believe you where working a lot and had been busy. You said only Fridays would work and chose 9-20-24 for the work and we completed the work on that date. I have all the text logs and email logs from the insurance company and the dates on the signed contract if you would like me to share them with you please let me know. I'm truly sorry for the confusion and if it wasn't explained correctly to you but I believe the review is not warranted as we even fixed the metal roof on your shed at no additional cost.   Long story... but, these guys drove through my neighborhood after a decent storm and went door to door in attempt to get ppl to file claims with their insurance under “acts of god” for storm damage to their roofs. Their intent was to do the work and pick up the check from the homeowners insurance. I had Joshua Nicholson and Josh Stamps show up to my door to advise me that I incurred some storm damage, and offered a free quote. I advised them I had recently tried to get a roofer out for something completely unrelated to the storm that was discovered while cleaning our gutters. So, we scheduled a date for an inspection. The day of the inspection Jeremy Stamps shows up, and apparently his colleagues did not advise him that we lived on a slope. As a result, he didn’t have the ladder necessary to get on my roof. We discussed expectations and he told me he’d have someone come out the following day. For some added insight he informed me that my insurance company is sometimes difficult to file a claim with, which I advised wasn’t a concern and I’d pay out of pocket if necessary, but I was also concerned about the other issue that I was trying to get a roofer out for prior to them showing at my door. Jeremy acknowledged this. Now, fast forward to the day they actually get on my roof. They were up there for quite some time. One of the roofers, who I failed to get his name, knocked on my door and advised me that there wasn’t enough damage to file a claim with my insurance company. When I asked about the other issue that I was concerned about, he advised me that his boss never told him about it, so he never assessed the situation. A little upset, I asked for a quote for the supposed storm damage that I did incur. He said he’d have his boss get back to without so much asking for an email address or anything. Guess what? No quote. I ended up having another reputable roofer come out to repair the issue that was my initial concern, and not only did he address that issue, but he

  Skyler came out to inspect my roof after a storm. I was leery, since he and a few co-workers were going door to door, but they showed me exposed roof cap that could be seen from the ground. Upon inspection, he found that the roof shingles had merely been displaced, and he used his own nails to reattach them for free. I am so impressed with Skyler and C&R Roofing that I will definitely call them when I need roof repair work in the future! Thank you for being kind and honest!

  Dalton with C&R Roofing did a thorough roof inspection after the recent storms and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Fortunately, my roof is in good shape for now. Honest, professional, and trustworthy. I'll definitely call Dalton/C&R Roofing when I need roofing work.

  I've had many appraisers come out and shut this down. I was not able to get approved on my roof. That is until C&R roofing came around. Not only were they gave me approved but they did it very quickly and were professional throughout the whole process. I could not recommend anyone else because they were the only ones that took the time and the effort to make it happen. Thank you to the team. I certainly recommend anyone that needs a roof to give them a try.

  C&R Roofing came by yesterday as they were in the neighborhood giving quotes. They were friendly, professional, and got up on the roof to inspect everything rather than using a drone. They pulled a sapling out of the chimney at no cost, and ultimately told me my roof looks great and does not need to be replaced. Their honesty and willingness to go above and beyond was refreshing. I will definitely call them if I need roof replacement in the future.

  These guys are awesome, it took them a little over a half a day to repair and replace my entire roof. This company was the 4th one to tell me I needed a new roof and they were the only ones able to get it approved through my insurance company. Hats off to you!!
