  Thank you for the review Yvonne and Erich Blake. This review has nothing to do with the roof. In fact, I have pictures of messages from you stating how nice the roof is, and the compliments you have received from neighbors. Your roof and gutters were seriously NEGLECTED for a number of years https://bravoroof.com/service-areas-bravo-roofing-company-atlanta-ga/roofing-services-in-warner-robins-ga/ Scroll down to the bottom left to find before and after photos The gutter guards were over 15 years old, had been exposed to the elements, and were not appropriate for your roof slope. You had water running over your gutters for years, causing damage to the fascia that can be seen in many of our before photos. As you can also see in the pictures, the gutter guards are extremely dirty in our before pictures, which were taken only a couple of weeks before your roof install. And, they are perfectly clean in the after pictures, which were taken on the day of the roof install. That means that someone, and NOT OUR COMPANY, removed those gutter guards and cleaned them between our before and after photos. You even told me that you did remove them. As a matter of courtesy, I sent our gutter crew over twice, once for a half day of work, to reset all gutter guards and fix ANY issues you had. Unfortunately, my lead gutter technician has stated that these are not appropriate gutter guards for your roof slope, and there was water pouring over them LONG before we installed a new roof. You have also chosen to include pictures of a roof installation in progress. Re-roofing is a messy job. Your roof condition was so poor that many pieces of the neglected, burned felt underlayment and shingles shredded in to pieces as they were tearing it off. Some of those pieces blew into downspouts during the day or when they blow out the gutters at the end of the day. To be fair, I will show after photos at the same web link above of how our crew left your roof and yard after the job

  This company does bad business. They sold me what they say was upgrades. Took my money & when I decided I didn't want the upgrades they refused to give me my money back.

  Was not satisfied with Tough as Nails roofing job. Job started on a Saturday and crew came back on Monday to finish leaving debris all over the place. Crew did not use ladder roof stabilizers and dented / scratched gutters in numerous locations. Also ripped my hardy board siding to install flashing. To top things off, the vehicle they came in leaked oil all over my driveway.

  Mr. Miller-it looks like you have left a review for Tough As Nails Roofing, which is a company based out of Atlanta. One thing I noticed in your photos, which is something we see a lot, is improper installation of Hardie Board. In the installation manual published by James Hardie, they require a 2 inch gap between the James Hardie siding and trim products where they meet the roof. They also require a self-healing adhesive-backed membrane along the roof/wall intersection before flashing. It is clear from your pictures that your contractor did neither. We always point this out to our homeowners before installing a new roof, so they won't be surprised when this happens. You can find these requirements on pages 18 and 23 of the James Hardie installation guide found here... file:///C:/Users/rwmcc/OneDrive/Desktop/BRAVO%20COMPANY/Company%20Documents/Hardie%20Board%20Installation%20Guide.pdf When these installation requirements are not followed, the hardie boards act as wicks, soaking up lots of water from the roof. Over time, they become extremely soft and break off with very little touch. It is impossible for the crew to remove the existing shingles without this happening.

  These guys did a great job, and made it easy from start to finish. Wes walked us through the entire process, and was very responsive to communications. On the day of the install, the crew was incredibly efficient and the cleanup afterwards was above and beyond what I would have expected. If you are in the market for roof replacement or repairs, highly recommend.

  The experience started out a little rocky but Wes and Rob really saved everything. They made sure we were able to do the roof right and make the best of a situation we were put in by a now ex employee. They were able to work with our schedule and did a wonderful job! The guys were on time and done in a day. We’re so excited for our dynasty shingles that are multi company backed and well received. Thanks Bravo Company Roofing for giving us a beautiful and safe roof!

  I expected a straightforward repair job, but they actually documented the entire roof condition with photos and explained each problem point one by one. It felt more like a structural health report than just a contractor visit. That level of detail gave me confidence in their work.
