  My roof was installed by Northpoint Roofing in 2021 and was very clearly done in a faulty manner. Shingles slip constantly. They are extremely unresponsive (often weeks) when coming to fix their issues which puts my home at risk during summer downpours. They don't even inspect the roof when fixing issues and only take care of the areas I point out. Since I can't visually inspect the entire roof without a drone, I am worried problems exist without my knowledge. I've been dealing with this for multiple years now with no end in sight. Every minor storm blows some shingles out and compromises the integrity of my home. Not to mention the fact that the roof cap is buckled. I'm 5 years through a 10 year warranty and don't see this improving without a new roof. I'm sure they have many good installations, but my issue is with the lack of urgency with fixing their issues and hesitation in fixing an entirely faulty roof. They need to honor their warranty, take care of their customers, and do the right thing.

  This company destroyed my leaf protection system; they ignored all my emails and phone calls. I had to take them to court, and on the day of the hearing, they didn't even show up because they knew they were completely in the wrong. Yet, despite everything—and after more than nine months—I still haven't managed to get my money back. If you want a shoddy job that will end up costing you both time and money, go ahead and hire this company; otherwise, look elsewhere for someone who will undoubtedly do a better job.

  The worst company ever. I have a leak after install and it has yet to be fixed even after repeated calls No one got back with me or attempted to address the problem. One person came out once about two months ago but the problem has not been solved. Since then i have called several times and each time I am told that a supervisor will call me back. Do not use northpoint roofing no matter what they promise. They are terrible

  I had northpoint come out in January to do a drone roof inspection. They were timely and quick to tell me that I would qualify for a new roof through insurance. As soon I was paired with someone to work with insurance on the claim (Josh Witchey), things went downhill fast. My insurance wasn't agreeing to replace the full roof and as soon as this started to happen, Josh began ghosting me. This went on for 4 full months until I gave up and moved onto another company. I would NOT recommend working with Northpoint!

  I needed a repair done ASAP! I had outrageous estimates from other companies. Northpoint came out the same day and took pictures of the problem. They fixed my issue without all the unnecessary fees. I highly recommend Northpoint Roofing! 5/5 stars

  Northpoint was fantastic to work with! Phillip made the process super easy, handling everything from start to finish including dealing with my insurance company. They use top quality products and installation was very fast and clean. Would definitely recommend!!

  Northpoint Roofing Systems installed a new roof on my home in Mableton (3/30/22). Kevin Sullivan was exceptional throughout the process and played a key role in exceeding my expectations. From the initial drone inspection, working with my insurance company, helping select the right shingle at a fair price, to coordinating an A + installation team and securing the manufacturer warranty ahead of schedule - everything was handled seamlessly. I set high expectations, especially for a project of this size and Kevin and the Northpoint team delivered on every detail they committed to. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a new roof.

  Wow!! What can u say when u have an unexpected effortless experience. We worked with Philip, who was amazing. He helped us with the process from start to finish.   Handled warranty item quickly and efficiently. Rafael showed up at the correct time looked at problem and fixed it in 15 minutes. Would recommend Northpoint to anyone who needs a roof.

  I had JD come out to inspect my roof. He was super honest, and kind. I appreciated how he gave great advice, and things to look for, but didn’t take advantage of me, or tell me to replace my roof when it wasn’t needed. I highly recommend this company. Will be calling them when my roof does need to be replaced
