  I paid a decent amount for a relatively small job a few shingles fell off and I got the run around for weeks trying to get them put back on I've had to call dozens of times been told to send pictures then told they'll send people out all while water was coming through the roof I'll never go through them again

  Called roofer multiple times and he never showed up. This went on for 2 weeks. When I did reach him he gave me excuses as to why he couldn’t come out and promised he’d be out the next day. Of course he never showed up. Don’t waste your time and effort in these guys.

  I spoke to Leon Pitts last week and he assured and promised me several times that he would come check my leaking Roof that they installed and he still has not came. I’ve called several times and left messages and now he’s not answering my phone calls. Stay Away HORRIBLE and unreliable and he is a reflection of his company. So sad!!!

  I recently had a FORTIFIED roof installed by Pitts Roofing, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. Before making my decision, I interviewed and received proposals from several roofing companies. Pitts Roofing clearly had more experience installing FORTIFIED roofs than anyone else in my area. While Pitts provided a very attractive and competitive price, what ultimately set them apart was the comfort and confidence I felt with Leon Pitts and his office manager, April. Some other companies included clauses in their contracts that essentially absolved them of responsibility if anything was damaged. One even required that I hire an electrician to reconnect replacement attic fans. Pitts Roofing had none of that. Mr. Pitts made me feel that if something was working before the roof was installed and wasn’t working afterward, they would take care of it—period. That peace of mind meant a great deal to me. Another plus was that Pitts offered a choice of two highly rated shingle manufacturers. Mr. Pitts personally came out with samples and helped me select the best option and color. When installation day arrived, the materials, Mr. Pitts, and the crew all showed up at 7:00 a.m. sharp. They worked steadily until dark and did the same the following day. The job was completed on schedule, and the cleanup was immaculate. Immediately after payment, April provided all the professional documentation I needed for both my insurance company and tax purposes. I am extremely happy that I chose Pitts Roofing and highly recommend them to anyone considering a new roof, especially a FORTIFIED roof.

  Pitts Roofing installed my roof in 2014 and now in 2025 as I sell my home I am seeing how great a job they did. A second roofer inspected it and praised both the quality of the installation and the premium materials used. It is rare to hear that kind of feedback more than 10 years later. I am grateful for the excellent workmanship and highly recommend Pitts Roofing.

  Mr Pitt came to inspect my roof that was not installed properly, by someone else. He was very respectful and genuine. He was one of the only construction people I have encountered, being a single female, who did Not try to get over on me. He was so helpful and listened to what I said. He didn't make me feel inferior and explained what all was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. I am using him again as an inspector after the original roofers fix what they should have done the 1st time. I would recommend him to all family and friends!!

  Put a new roof on out home due to Ida damage. They put our original roof on in 2007. Good workmanship both times. Cleaned up afterwards. Good company to work with.

  I will only use Pitts Roofing in any and all roof repairs or replacement. Fantastic service, wonderful to deal with and they worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get my new roof in record time! I was frustrated with the run around and promise from other roofing companies after Hurricane Ida and took the advice from my real estate agent to call the best in our area. Mr. Pitts answered my call at 4:30 one afternoon and within 12 hours a new beautiful roof was being put on my house! After months of waiting for other companies in the area to put me on their schedule and obtain supplies I was elated! April the office manager is very responsive as well as super knowledgeable in insurance policy and procedure. After she scrutinized my settlement offer she found many discrepancies in the offer and in turn I received a larger settlement due to her hard work. My new roof is leak free and looks so beautiful! Thank you so much Mr. Pitts, April and your amazing crew!!

  I was originally unhappy with their service, but they made it right in the end. It took them coming out a few times to make everything right, but I would hire these guys again moving forward.

  Mr Pitts and his crew showed up on time, work was done professionally and on time, cleaned up and removed all debris, I will be using Pitts Roofing in the near future on the pool house project, highly recommend
