  Horrible experience with this company so far, was told on 6/5 a start date was within 2-3 weeks, it is now 8/14 and we are no further along. There is very little to no communication on the part of the company unless initiated by me. Took a week vacation to allow the work to start last Monday, there was only 2 days of any activity and it was not much. Very disappointed and frankly mad at this point. I may amend my review but this is where I stand today. DO NOT HIRE

  We had our roof done 2 years before Hurricane Ida. When the damage to our home was inspected we found out some of our roof was missing tarp paper which messed up our ceiling inside. They came back out and supposedly fixed it. Well we had all our repairs done and here we are again. Even more damage from water. See photos . We have contacted them and no response. It is sad that a big company like Garcia would leave someone like this.

  I have asked multiple times for a solution with the hump/dip where something is not smooth on my roof near the bottom corner. Note: It even looks worse in person. Are they finished? Did they leave their phone under the shingles??? This is what I get? Garcia just completed my roof 9/28 and has already sent bills threatening collection. I want someone to care about this issue and fix it before I care about this bill. The inspector just wanted a sign off 9/24 without resolution and even before the chimney flashing was installed 9/28. Plus, they were late (ghosted our appointment 9/9) and we had to go through a hurricane with the old roof that leaked from all the rain. This is an installation/workmanship problem not a warranty issue. I have called, emailed and texted them multiple times. Disappointed that Garcia did my roof at this point!

  Garcia roof started out wonderful. They came in within range of other companies for clay tile roofs. Taylor our point of contact was great, his communication skill’s and follow up were excellent. The quality of their work was nice, they cleaned up and kept the renovation site clear and clean. It’s been three months and we still have only 65% of our gutters installed. Excuses , of third party installers , busy , not sure what happened, the storm , the rain. They have used every reason to delay. Their own employee Taylor , has said I don’t know what to do he even called the owner. My GC has called numerous times to be passed around to different staff members. I have called with no response. We now have water damage in our home after a two and a half year renovation of a St Charles built in 1907 home. The contractor and architect have both sited damage due to no gutters and proper seal. I would not recommend garcia did my roof for roofing work.

  I was very pleased with the work done replacing my roof. No complaints. The workers were great and i was amazed at the cleanup. If I could give more than 5 stars. Other businesses can take lessons from Garcia Roofing. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

  After seeing other companies in my neighborhood replacing roofs in one day, start to finish, I was concerned about having them do our roof as well because I worried about the quality and workmanship. So, we called Garcia for a quote and Im so glad we did. From the very first interaction with Taylor, he put our mind at ease, explained the process and assured us the job would be done to the highest quality. From the moment the roofers got here the first day, they were extremely careful and courteous with everything. They covered our inground pool completely, the gardens and even grass around the house where they were working. The job took 2 1/2 days and each day, they worked from sun up to sundown. At the end of each day, they cleaned up everything. Most impressive is, as I watch our neighbors around us have their roof replaced in a single day, I noticed they used nail guns but Garcia had the crew nailing EVERYTHING by hand. (We did a little research and found out this is the preferred way...and we're so glad their quality is top notch). We are extremely impressed and pleased with every aspect from start to finish and everyone we had interactions with during this process (Taylor, Matthew, Roberto and all the crew members). Top notch services and quality work, clear and prompt communication with the utmost patience. Would definitely refer this group! Should we ever need roof work in the future, this will be the only call we make .

  The company is very responsive and kept us informed. The roof was installed in one day and everything was cleaned up. The roof looks great! I would recommend Garcia for your roofing needs.

  The staff at Garcia Roofing are very courteous, professional and did very good work. The job was completed within the specified time given. I do recommend this company for your roofing needs!

  From start to finish, everyone I spoke to at Garcia was incredibly easy to work with. They kept me updated at every step of the process and answered every question I had with patience and professionalism. They completely took off our old roof, installed the new roof, and thoroughly cleaned up the job debris in one day. They are one of a few companies we were talking to when we found out we had to replace our roof, and we are so glad we chose Garcia!
