  Seeing as I never worked for you Cody just didn't get you the estimate on the small repair you were were requesting and then when I asked you to remind me of the estimate requested and it's Location you then refuse to give it.

  Will be 4 years of my roof installation by Mr. Robert Bergens' crew. Supposedly, a 5 year warranty on installment & workmanship. However, I am experiencing a leak into the ceiling of my 2nd bedroom. I cannot even get Mr. Bergens back out to my house to check the leak out. Two times, a time and date was agreed upon for him to come out to inspect and both times he never bothered to show up or call. "Remind me", he says to come out. Did I remind you to stop by and get the monies owed after installation? The bill was paid and to hell with the leak in my roof. All I can say is wow! I THOUGHT that you were an upstanding guy but if s man cannot keep his word, what is it worth? Single women, do not be taken advantage of someone that cannot keep his word.You have not proven anything because you have never been back here since the day that you were paid. I do hope you are happy in your dry home with his family after he took your money and could care less about your struggles of working endlessly on rainy days, trying to dry up water with towels, and that is evidently going to cause molding in your home. My home may be called a mess because you are not as fortunate as you are but it is my mess that I call home home. And that,I am fortunate to have something to not be homeless. Perhaps you are in a good home from scamming people like me. The point is that he has no compassion for my struggle, and it bothers him not that he did unsatisfactory work and is not even man enough to correct it. How would he like if someone took advantage of your mother, wife, daughter or family member and spoke to them the way you are handling this situation. I will be doing my due diligence into more research.

  Bob was super nice and knowledgable. He came out same day I called and gave a free estimate. He made recommendations that fit our needs. Really good price and installers were professional, on time, neat and done the same day.

  Advanced Roofing just finished our new roof. It looks fantastic! The crew came early morning, worked through the rain. All the workers were very friendly and courteous! They were very fast to quote and get the job done. They made sure everything was picked up and clean before they left. Best price and an amazing job!

  Mr Bob was very professional and gave us a quote the same day my husband called him. Once we chose our gutter color, he had us scheduled to get them done. The workers he sent on install day were also very professional and kind. They did an amazing job and my house is now ready to handle a rainy day.

  Thank you, Stephanie. Couldn’t have said it better myself as far as now it’s ready to handle any rain. When you’re ready for the patio cover we’ll make sure everything can still handle the rain with the current gutters and the new patio system that we will install with its Gutters also.

  I contacted Bob to get an estimate on my elderly father-in-law‘s roof. He quickly came out, walked the roof and assessed what was needed. He gave him a fair price and was knowledgeable about ways. He could save him some money on the roof. He was very easy to work with And professional and quickly scheduled The installation of the new roof his workers did an excellent job! They were fast, efficient, and very neat. This is now the third time that I have personally used Advanced Roofing, and would definitely use them again.

The way much of the vinyl was burnt and yet we were able to fix it and get the color so close to perfect if you’re able to post some of the pictures with this also I truly appreciated it and I’ve enjoyed working for you.

  I called Mr Bob and within 2 hrs he was at my house to assess and quote me for full house gutters. He was very knowledgeable and had my written guaranteed price estimate delivered that afternoon. He was very reasonably priced. His me came the next week and did a fantastic job. We have a 14ft raised house with 10ft ceilings, the workers made it look easy, were very professional, open to requests, and most importantly knowledgeable about the workings of gutters. I would recommend them to anybody. If you want great work at an affordable price, this is the company you should go with.

  It sure was nice working for you Mrs. Barbara. There are so many color combinations out there, so gutter color choice is similiar to having the right tie to go with a suit and shirt. Wrong choice and the whole presentation just isn't what it could have been. Your choice made the presentation of your home just right.

  Bob installed my roof in 2021 after Hurricane Ida, did an immaculate job. Four years later i discovered a a small hole in the roof and he honored the warranty and repaired the roof without any additional charge. Him and his crew are professional by every means. I recommend his services.

  And very glad to do it being in the business 35 years I've made it a goal that if there's a little slight something overlooked which the reason for that was it was underneath a large area of flashing , once brought to my attention I wanted it to be fixed and not hold up any sale of your home.
