  Hurricane Ida hit on August 29, 2021–two days after we closed on our brand new house. Today is June 29, 2022, and EPIC—after promise after promise to return my calls and to work with my insurance company—has done next to nothing to move forward with my roof repairs. I am highly disgruntled and am wondering why on earth my insurance company has EPIC on their list of referrals. VERY disappointed with my dealings with them! 😡

  Worked with Epic Roofing to get my fortified roof put on in early 2025. They were extremely diligent in figuring out the specifics of my existing roofing and insulation and did a great job with communicating all details of the install to me. The owner was in regular contact and made sure to get things correct. The roof passed the 'Fortified' certification process and I was able to save a bunch on my insurance premiums.

  Epic roofing is quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I needed a new roof with no time to spare. They worked diligently with me and absolutely delivered. I anticipated it would take several days before it was complete, but these guys worked hard and had it finished in a day. They didn’t cut any corners, and far exceeded my expectations. They’ve communicated every step of the way, and continue to communicate with me, even after their obligation to me is done. I would recommend Epic Roofing at every opportunity.

  Epic Roofing’s work is exceptional. As a participant in the LFHP, Joey Noto’s presentation explained the entire process which made the selection of his company easier. Layton and his team were very professional and we were pleased with how they spoke with our neighbors to ensure their properties were free from debris during final cleanup. One of our neighbors said they would reach out to the company for information regarding their property because of the team’s work ethic.

  Came out on a wednesday morning and was done before dark. Definitely a great bunch of people to work with. And very accommodating with any questions I had and if I needed them to do anything. 10/10 would recommend

  Thanks to Blake Brannan for introducing me to Epic and guiding me through the preliminary process of replacing my roof. His honesty and hard work was impressive and convinced me that Epic was the right company for this project. Thanks to Layton Chrump for picking up from Blake. He was honest, knowledgeable and responded to my many questions with patience and competence. He moved things along very quickly and it turned out well. I do not hesitate in recommending Epic Roofing. They are a customer-friendly, competent and effective organization.

  Epic did an outstanding job replacing the roof on our home and garage. Layton work with us throughout the process and everything he explained was exactly what happened. The job was completed in the time expected, even a little earlier. We highly recommend them for the job!! Lots of compliments from people in our neighborhood. Thanks Epic for an excellent job!!

  Epic Roofing did a great job with my roof. Layton Crump my point of contact/salesperson during the process was extremely professional and accessible. He came to my home twice before the install, to look inside and out to ensure the job was done correctly and nothing was damaged by nails in the attic space. He was on time and easy to work with. The roof quote was very competitive and the crew that came and installed my roof was top notch. They were on time, respectful of my property, and did a really great job with the clean up. Their prep work before and during the install to ensure any roofing material didn’t end up in my pool or landscape was great. Layton came back the day after the install to inspect everything and clean up anything missed by his crew(which was minimal). Overall, a really nice experience that was stress free. I would use Epic roofing again for any roofing needs in the future.

  Dawson Masingale was professional, polite, efficient, and trustworthy. He came through in everything he promised. The roofing team showed up right on time and worked very hard, not even giving it up during a bad rainstorm! Dawson was patient with my selection of roof colors. He provided references for me to check and all of his references gave them a great recommendation. Thanks, Epic Roofing and Dawson!
