The only one or two-star review we hold for Pioneer Roofing II.

Do not fall for Pioneer Roofing's claim that "we're going to be in your neighborhood. We can do a free roof inspection." They are very nasty people. When I called to cancel my appointment, the guy on the phone said, "You're a horrible human!" Unbelievable! I would not deal with a company with such poor customer relations!

Hi Linda. I think that this is possibly a mistake, we haven't been working in your area. We'd be happy to discuss this if you'd be able to reach out to us. Unfortunately, there are a few companies in Ohio that have similar names to us. We are located in Seville and service NE Ohio. I'm sorry you had a bad experience.

I recently had my roof replaced by Pioneer Roofing Company and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Jacob was honest, clear, and thorough. Talking to him felt like dealing with someone you can truly trust. Jacob’s price was not the lowest compared to other roofing companies, but I still chose Pioneer because of the confidence I had in him. The entire crew was professional, and did excellent work. The quality of the installation was solid, and they left the job site clean. I highly recommend Pioneer Roofing Company. It’s a company you can trust. Jacob and his team made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for reliable roofing work, they’re a great choice.

Pioneer Roofing was highly recommended to us by Tim from Five Star exteriors who did our siding job a couple years ago. When we called to ask about getting an estimate, Jacob came over in person very quickly. He climbed up on the roof for …

Had them do our roof October of 2025. One year later and everything is still looking great. Easy process. Informational. Follow through was great. They had the old roof off and the new roof on in under 6 hours. Insanely impressive!

Hi everyone. When I went to leave my review, I noticed that there was another roofing coming called Pioneer Roofing but it does not have a 11 after it and it may be the cause of the one negative review. My husband and I could not be more grateful with Jacob and his team. They never put pressure on my husband and I to make a decision. We received several estimates before making a decision and this company was who we went with and they could not have been more kinder throughout the entire estimate and eventually final project. My heart broke when I saw the review before the one I gave and just wanted people to know that there is another Pioneer Roofing company and the review left may have been for them but the person leaving it seemed very upset and may have not have noticed that the address was different than the other pioneer roofing. Sincerely, Fred and Merri

Pioneer Roofing did a phenomenal job with my roof replacement. They scheduled and completed their work in a timely fashion. I can’t stress the affordability of their services giving various pricing options to choose from. I can brag that our home has a new and modern look. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
