Excellent and efficient total roof replacement experience. Garry and his team took care of every detail from start to finish, including coordinating with our insurance company. The project updates and communication were professional and timely. This company goes above and beyond in customer service and is very community oriented. You will not be disappointed.

Excellent team approach to getting in and getting the job done and doing it right. I couldn't believe that they could do the tear off and our roof just a little more than a day for 50 square approximately. So I highly recommend the company …

Thanks for the kind review guys, we were very happy to help out and get the new Duration asphalt roof on at a great price. As Owners who actually do live here in Missoula locally, our BTTC (Back To The Community) Program is something we are very proud of. We know Dan out there at Hope Baptist will put the money to great use, as always. Take care, and as always call anytime.

Gary was prompt to come out and walk my roof to isolate the leak. He fit us into the schedule for the repair. Minor work for them but a big deal for us to not have a leak! Thank you Gary and Caleb.

Thanks so much Mike, we view full replacements or small repairs as the same thing and take the same amount of pride and care with both. Reach out anytime you need anything.

Having used many contractors over many years,we have never encountered any with the expertise and knowledge not to mention ethics, these guys are the best!! From the time spent with our quotes to the installation of our roof, overcoming so many obstacles placed in their pathway by insurance adjusters, they took the time to get our project done to complete satisfaction. Garry, the owner and Justin our project manager are two of the finest, caring and reliable business men we’ve ever met. They are honest, intelligent hard working insuring our job was completed on time and within the quoted dollars. They invested in our project as if they were doing this job for their family! Even though we are quite removed from the Missoula area down here in Corvallis, they were reliable,on the job from early morning @7:30-6:00pm and later if necessary. At great experience!! Dick & Andrea Baker.

We are very appreciative of the kind words, and it was an absolute pleasure to work with you both on the roofing replacement. My girls still bug me about that recipe Andrea for those cream cheese brownies, just WOW! Next time we are in the neighborhood we'll drop by and say hi 👋

Phoenix Roofing is an amazing company. We had roof damage after several storms. We were just patching it at first and after the last storm we put in a claim to have the roof replaced as materials were no longer available. Our neighbor recommended them because she had the same issue! We reached out to Garry at Phoenix Roofing and he worked with us throughout the entire process. At first, the insurance company told us they would only pay for a portion of the repairs not replacement. It was very frustrating but with Garry’s help and support he kept me calm and the insurance company finally came around! They paid for full roof replacement! All we had to pay was our deductible! They did an amazing job on the roof and have been patient with all of my questions! They are very helpful and do great work! I truly appreciate all the time they spent helping us and the quality work we received! They are fast, efficient, and clean up well! They have amazing customer service and support! Since we got the roof replaced, we have gotten serval compliments on how great it looks! I would highly recommend Phoenix Roofing for all your roofing needs!

My home roof and structure were damaged during a severe wind and hail storm last summer in Missoula, MT. Phoenix roofing worked with my insurance adjuster and inspector to make sure my roof was completed before winter weather set in to my total satisfaction. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and capable in roof replacement and home construction. I literally would be at loss without their help in dealing with my insurance company and seeing many damaged items that had been overlooked. I highly recommend them and trust their work and reputation! Would not hesitate to hire them again. Excellent work!
