Deeply unimpressed with this company. Got my estimate quick enough but since it was just a repair communication was terrible. I was originally quoted $1600 for the repair, which I was happy to pay. Once the contractor finally got here he made the decision to do a completely different repair that took significantly less time and materials, and they still wanted to charge me $1400 for a job I could've done because "there aren't roof companies that do repairs, so we really do them as a favor so we make the short list when you need a roof". Had I received the correct communication or the amount of work done I was originally told I'd be getting this would be a better review. $1000 in the end for work I could have completed faster is wild.

Kelby, I am so sorry to hear about your experience. I do see you hired us to stop a leak, of which that was accomplished under the initial budget. It also looks like the job was completed within one month of the initial appointment and within two weeks of receiving the deposit. We strive to communicate to the best of our abilities.

You have to get past the terrible texting system. Then played phone tag for a week. Finally was able to get someone on the phone. The office person then stated they would have the owner call to set up an estimate. Never received a call back. Poor customer service. Ended up going with Quality Seemless instead.

Hi Matt, our apologies for the texting and phone tag. Per your request we did try calling multiple times after 5pm. So sorry we weren’t able to connect.

While I was satisfied with the work Kalen and his crew performed to repair some siding, I was very disappointed with the lack of communication between the estimate and handing over the 50% deposit to work beginning 2.5 months later. Four …

These guys are amazing! Communication was really great from start to finish. As you can imagine, roofing is an extremely intrusive project but this was as good as it can get. My garden directly under the roof was unscathed - they protected it beautifully. The team worked long days to get the job done as quickly as possible but was flexible when we wanted a slightly later start due to house guests. It took only 3 days to do what is a complicated roof with drop offs at 3 stories in some places. We have a wonderful new roof, they got our satellite dish back up perfectly, and they were meticulous in cleaning the premises. We highly recommend Mighty Dog when you need roofing!

Finally finished framing my window overhangs and had Mighty Dog cap them. Once again a great experience working with the front office and the on-site crew. Final product looks great and I highly recommend Mighty Dog for your metal roofing needs

I had an older 2 story farm house with steel roof and shakers underneath. Mitch and the team removed all of it. Replaced the decking as needed, upgraded the flashing, replaced with shingles and replaced the siding they had removed. They took away all the material removed and cleaned up their mess. Richard followed up with explaining the excess costs over the initial estimate.

The roofing crew was amazing. My roof turned out to be a a lot more complex to deal with, with three layers of shingles to be removed and boards that were not spaced properly. They tore it all apart in one day and cleaned up after …

The Dog crew not only fixed the wind-caused damage but also sealed some seams and replaced a vent stack. The work was done well and quickly. Good doing business with them!
