  Langley made the Ridge Fitness manager someone completely unable to do his job even on the most basic level and they solely completely destroyed the gym over the years and caused it to go under. Completely incompletent.

  Hello Mrs. Doering, it is disappointing to get this review. With this being said, we can't warrant materials or other contractors work that should have been replaced long ago, due to age and this is something you were made aware of prior to our coming out. In this case, with the roof being shot as well as the skylight, we did the best we could with what we had to work with. Hopefully with this explanation, you can remove this review.   Hello Miss Venuti, we wish there was a better solution for the problem here. As was explained to you prior to hiring us as well as the engagement document you signed, we are unable to warranty a roof that another company installed. In this specific case, you've got a metal roof that was incorrectly flashed to a brick chimney. The repair we completed, was, as you saw in the pictures we sent after the repair, to caulk the roof to the flashing around the chimney. An educated guess to the problem is that the temperatures here have been sub-zero and the metal roofing has shrunk and pulled away from the flashing on the chimney (that's why it's now started leaking again). We regret that this repair didn't last, but with a roof that needs to be completely re-done, this was the best we could do. Hopefully this alleviates any questions of the professionalism of our company. Thank you again.

  Jared and the team were very professional and efficient when doing our roof replacement. From start to finish the whole process was very easy and convenient for us. Prices were fair and they were very transparent when they encountered additional work that was required to complete the job. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace their roof.

  Jared Langley roofing is fantastic! They did an incredible job from start to finish. On the old roof tear off they left absolutely no trace of the old roofing or any nails anywhere. Everywhere around my house was super clean . I couldn’t tell that they were here except that my old roof was gone. The new roof they put on looks incredible. The underlayment with ice shield looked immaculate as well. I give them 10 stars not 5. As far as the time to complete it start to finish it took them 2 days. Maybe 16 hours total. Fast, clean and efficient. The men who worked on it were very respectful to me, to my house and to the process. If you want someone who is thoroughly knowledgeable about your remodel then you need to call Jared Langley. He and his crew have done an impeccable job. Mark Cartwright

  Professional from start to finish. Jared made the whole process easy. The price was competitive with other companies in the area, but what stood out to me the most is that he didn't assume he was going to be hired for the job. Rather, in his initial report he stated he was looking forward to earning my business. The roofers arrived on time and completed the job in the time frame I was told. My new roof looks great! I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

  Jared was very professional and helpful. He replaced our roof for us. When the insurance company originally denied our claim, Jared made a second trip to our home before construction and sent pictures to our insurance company to get our claim re-opened and approved! He maintained great communication throughout the process via email and phone. His office staff and site crew were friendly, efficient, and clean. We were referred to Jared, and I would absolutely refer him to others!
