I had signed a contract on March 11,2024. Was called on May 19th to see if they could come early and start my roof. Couldn't cause I had other home repairs going on. Zach said OK I'll keep you on for June 10th. I called on June 6th to see if this was still on for June 10th. That's when I found out that Zach forgot about my contract and it won't be happening cause they were busy. Told me to send him some other dates. That's when the no contact started. No answer on texts or phone calls. Nice. So now we are just gonna ignore me and I'll just go away. I've seen the words professional and integrity. I think not unprofessional, incompetent, and no integrity! But I'm not surprised since this is the 4th so called business that has done the same thing. That's OK karma is a coming and I hope it hits hard. Just because the work might be 5 star the owners word is a total zero!!!!!!

Have nothing but great things to say about Western Montana Roofing! Chad came over for the initial visit and was friendly and professional. The staff in the office has been receptive and quick to respond to questions. Glenn and his crew did an exceptional job with the roof and they even went the extra mile when an issue arised. Western Montana Roofing is top notch and would highly recommend!

I highly recommend Western Montana roofing. James and Juan put up gutters to the extension of my home in Hall. Asked me questions about options that I didn't even know were available and that I chose. They were efficient, experienced, friendly and I was very glad that they were to do the job.
