Sorry, sir, but it all starts with the weather. We’ve had a lot of rain and a lot of winds if I didn’t get to your house, I will.

Waited all night for him to show up for an appointment he had booked with me. He never did. He never followed up with a phone call or message either. Not reliable.

I highly recommend Phil's Renos for anyone looking to have their roof re-shingled. From the very beginning, I dealt with Brian and Dave, who provided outstanding customer service. They were always quick to return phone calls, answer questions, and keep me informed throughout the process. They were also very accommodating and worked around my schedule to ensure the project was completed at a convenient time. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. The crew did a fantastic job on the roof, paying attention to detail and taking pride in their work. Once the job was complete, they thoroughly cleaned up the property. A big thank you to the entire team at Phil's Renos for their professionalism, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. If you're considering roofing work, you will not be disappointed with the service and results they provide.

They came and installed my roof 4 years ago with zero issues and did an amazing job. I'm now selling my property and an inspector came and said he did something wrong, which was not wrong in my eyes. But Dave came and changed it the way the …

March 2026 After noticing a leak in my living room, I went outside and saw there was an ice dam on the roof. Phil’s Renos was quick to come over and address the problem. They fixed it promptly and the leak stopped immediately. I was very grateful for their quick response and professional help. June 2025 Dave and his crew from Phil's Reno just completed my roof, and they did an great job. They were professional, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with—friendly, respectful, and clearly skilled. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and great service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had our entire roof replaced and could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the crew was professional, respectful, and incredibly careful with our property. They went out of their way to protect our gardens and personal belongings, and at the end of each day, the job site was left clean and tidy — something we really appreciated. The whole team was polite, courteous, and easy to communicate with, and their workmanship shows in every detail of the finished roof. It’s rare to find a company that combines top-notch skill with such care for the homeowner’s space, but this crew delivered on both. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work done. If you’re looking for quality, professionalism, and peace of mind, this is the company to call.
