  Had my roof replaced in December , it was a terrible experience from start to finish . BUYER BEWARE.

Unfortunately, due to the active leak at the time, completing the roof was necessary to protect your home from further damage. While the conditions were not ideal, our priority was ensuring the roofing work was completed and your home was properly protected.

  Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do appreciate your comments regarding the attic insulation project and are glad that portion of the work met your expectations. We are, however, disappointed to receive this review regarding the window and door portion of the project, and we feel some important context is missing. We acknowledge the mismeasurement on two windows. This issue was addressed, and we reimbursed you in full for the missed rebate amount related to those windows. It is worth noting that there was an expectation expressed that the two replacement windows themselves would be provided at no cost. While we worked to resolve the situation fairly by covering the rebate loss, providing free replacement product was not something we agreed to, and this may be contributing to the dissatisfaction expressed here. Regarding the front door colour, the door was built to order with you present on site during the selection process. The exterior colour with white interior was confirmed at the time of ordering, reconfirmed during re-measure, and clearly documented in your file. Interior colour was not selected or included in the scope. Additionally, our team completed substantial additional cladding and trim work at no extra cost, which is not reflected in your review. With respect to the rebate timeline, we understand the frustration of how close this came to your audit date. That said, your order was placed immediately without delay on our end, and the rebate program eligibility and end date were outside of our control. We did everything possible within the available timeframe. We take concerns regarding on-site professionalism very seriously and will be conducting an internal investigation into the installer behaviour you described. However, no concerns were ever raised with our office regarding the patio door installation at the time. Had we been notified, we would have corrected this immediately rather than weeks later. As for the installation process, we understand that delays occurred due to missing parts from the manufacturer, and we’ve worked hard to stay in touch throughout. Our VP and office team made multiple attempts to reach you for scheduling access to complete the job, but unfortunately, we were unable to get a response with a list of available dates, which has delayed the final steps. It’s important to note that the remaining work is simply for the blinds in the skylight — a very small piece of the overall project. We're fully committed to completing this small remaining task. We were also disappointed to see this review posted, especially after many attempts on our part to resolve the issues and continue the communication. We value our clients’ feedback, and we're committed to completing the job to your satisfaction. We did notice your recent email ended up in our junk folder, and we apologize for that. However, we also want to clarify that it only provided one date, not the list we had initially requested. We are still more than willing to complete the project.   I called over a month ago and the young lady I spoke to said someone would call me back. 3 weeks later a gentleman called me. He did not know what I had called for so I told him and he said he would come the next morning between 10 and 10.30 am. That was 2 weeks ago. He was a no show and no one has called me since. Very disappointed

  ​Excellent service from start to finish! ​I recently had my attic insulation done by AM Group through a Home Depot referral, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. ​The crew was incredibly professional, honest, and highly knowledgeable. On the day of the installation, the humidex was over 40°C, making the attic unbearably hot. Despite these extreme and challenging conditions, the team kept their positive attitude, worked with smiles on their faces, and did an outstanding job. ​To top it off, they cleaned up so thoroughly after themselves that there was absolutely nothing left for me to do. It is rare to find such dedicated and hardworking professionals these days. I highly recommend AM Group for anyone looking for top-tier service!

  We hired this company for a major upgrade package deal for attic insulation, new roof shingles, and all our windows. We are very happy with the final results. While there were a few minor hiccups along the way, the customer service and issue resolution process were absolutely fantastic. Best of all, everything was completed exactly at the original quoted price! The insulation and roofing teams were fast and did excellent work, and I especially want to shout out the team that finished up the windows. Mike and Saul, you guys are awesome! You did a fantastic job making sure our house looks beautifully upgraded inside and out, and we are so happy with your efficiency, hard work, and the final results. I will absolutely be returning to this company for future upgrades, and I highly recommend them to anyone else. If you are getting windows done, definitely ask for Mike and Saul!
