  Gutters installed in September fell off in January. They sent someone to remove them in January but are now not returning my calls to replace them. It is mid April. The guy that showed up to remove them tried selling me roof shoveling and told me that they were the wrong size gutters to begin with.

  Hi Brian, It’s important to note that in winter conditions, property owners do need to maintain their roofs by regularly removing excess snow and ice. This helps prevent ice damming and reduces the risk of damage to gutter systems as ice and snow can get extremely heavy. There have been cases this winter where the ice and snow buildup have caved in entire roofs due to their weight. These are weather related events that are unrelated to the installation of the roof/ gutter system. In your case, the failure of the gutter is consistent with significant ice buildup. While we stand behind our workmanship, damage caused by ice damming and lack of winter roof maintenance is not related to the installation itself. Gutters are not designed to handle heavy loads from snow and ice. They are designed to redirect water. Additionally, the size was correct as it's the standard size for gutters that are used in every install.   Very disappointed with their most recent performance. Almost 2 months ago, we asked for a quote for work on mine and my neighbour’s homes. Tabitha sent out a guy to review what we were asking to be done. He looked around, took no measurements until I mentioned it, and said Tabitha would get back to us. We were hoping to get the quotes and the work done before the cold weather rolls in. So far, I have placed 3 calls and had to leave messages for this Tabitha to call back. To date, we have heard nothing.

  Good afternoon Mr. Henry, we are sorry to hear your disappointment but your accusations are very extreme. Yes we offer no charge free estimates on projects, what you had asked for was a technical evaluation beyond common sales knowledge for an exteriors evaluation on your home for some investigation and repairs work. The estimate is free of course, however the Sr. Tech is a paid position. For common replacement projects, the client knows what is needed and we can deploy a sales person at no charge to do a take off. Exterior analysis based on partial information you provided requires a service technician. We do wish you the best and thank you for this review and opportunity.

  Hello Chris, after review of our CRM (Customer Relation Management) software it appears you have not answered any of our timely return calls or texts from the beginning. Yes, we pride our selves in our service abilities how ever, in high call values during these early summer storms it has taken some extra time to get back to everyone within minutes. As our reviews indicates, our service department is unmatched to others but we can only do what we can do.   Price was VERY cheap compared to others but had good products which made us think they were the best option. However they didn’t have the right amount of material and needed to add more which made the price the same as other quotes. Not happy

  Excellent and professional service. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and everything was cleaned up afterwards. You receive pictures before, during, and after the work is completed. Working with Scott was easy, he explained all possible options and provided an accurate detailed quote. I would definitely work with Ainger Group again

  Work was very good but a lack of communication with the company. We had a delay to get the work started. We paid the deposit early July and told work would be done by end of August, but it was rainy November when the work was done. Window installer was very good and apologized about the delay. Some open communication and realistic ETA would have gone a long way.

  You're absolutely right, Nicole. We do apologize for the delayed communication - we've identified this to be an issue and are addressing it on priority. We recently began upgrading our backend tech to deal with the increasing demand which in turn, caused certain unavoidable delays in our processes. We're pretty much fully setup now with an upgraded system and additional staff. We're glad you were happy with the work and once again, sorry for the inconvenience.

  Highly recommend. Excellent experience with this installation crew! They were professional, tidy and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I especially appreciated the way the communicated both with me and with each other. I was truly impressed.   Hey Cam, thank you so much for writing this review - you're absolutely right on both counts, Jason and crew are top notch indeed! Regarding the lapses in communication, we truly apologize for that. Truth is, we're experiencing a rapid surge in volume and as a result of which, prompt communication took a hit. We're aware of this and have recently employed more staff to address it as well as integrating a robust new software to better manage our backend and ensure we (and our customers) never encounter this again. There will be teething trouble as we go through the transition but rest assured, it's our top priority right now.   The work completed by Conor and Mike was well done. I was scheduled Oct 1st, re-scheduled Oct 14th and Oct 16th work commenced. It was not always easy to get a hold of Scott and have him return calls. I am happy with the work done.
