  i reached out about an attic ventilation problem with our roof. later that day, Jalen came out, checked the attic, and found that the issue was caused by weak ridge venting, poor soffit vents, and moisture buildup from bathroom fans that were not vented properly through the roofing system. We got a fair quote to replace the ridge vent, add full soffit vents under the eaves, and vent the bathroom fans correctly through the roof. We moved forward with the roofing work, and the crew finished everything in about a day and a half. the workmanship was fast, clean, and very solid, and the attic feels much drier now. Cleanup was spotless, and the whole process was smooth. They really understood how to improve airflow and ventilation for a home in Frontage Rd Rockwall, especially with the heat and humidity we get in TX.

  I have owned my home for a long time, and after dealing with problems from an old roof install, I knew I needed a roofing company that would do the job right. The full process, from estimate and contract to installation and final walkthrough, was handled in a professional and customer-focused way. They used high-grade roofing materials with solid warranty coverage, which gave us peace of mind for the future. Once the job was approved and the shingles and skylight were chosen, the crew, supervised by ruben, did an amazing job removing the old roof, making decking repairs, installing the new roofing system, and replacing the skylight in less than two days. The crew was polite, punctual, responsive, courteous, and careful about job site safety. They also took extra care to protect our windows, walls, and landscaping during the tear-off and installation, which really stood out. Cleanup was thorough at the end, and the property looked great. We have been very pleased with the final results, especially the shingle color, installation quality, and the overall look of the new roof.
