Ever since they put a roof on my house I have had leaks. Another roofing company said they used old shingles on my ridge cap.

I have a No Solicitors sign on my door. I work from home and will be on calls during the day. Twice the same person from this company going door to door came by my house in Greyhawk in Frisco on 04/14. The first time I said no thank you …

Mr Bollinger My name is Donald Sorrentino owner of Home Team Roofing. I want to apologize for one of my project managers who inadvertently knocked on your door a second time. As you know your neighborhood has received large hail which damaged your property. Home Team Roofing is a local company trying to help homeowners. We have been roofing in Frisco for over 18 years. We have 100s of satisfied customers in frisco and 1000s in Collin county. We find the majority of our customers from Referrals, & also when we are roofing in the neighborhood we door knock. If you have ever done door to door sales calls at a business or home all the doors begin to look a like. In this case my salesman made a error. I am sorry again. In closing there are so many out of town roofing company indaunting your neighborhood that local companies are only canvassing to help you avoid a nightmare scenario of using unlicensed out of town companies. Again I sincerely apologize and would be glad to take you to a nice lunch in a show of good will. We never want our customers or neighbors of customers upset at us. Thank you for your feed back. I hope you have a great Easter and god bless your family

Watch out for there local rep, he is slick & tries the strong arm tactics if you don't use his company. I asked for a quote oh boy, now hes ticked, wants money, for services to provide the quote and yes he did provide a tarp cover for a sky light, without asking, yes he meet with the adjuster but not for my benefit. He sold no out of pocket, ill make sure you claim for everything! Now he says he will only do the roof? Slick, Slick, SLICK!

Hi Hèc, thank you for bringing this to our attention. That rep is no longer with us. We hope you will give us the opportunity to make this right the next time

Home Team Roofing replaced our entire roof in August 2024, and we couldn't be happier with the results! The quality of the work was excellent, and the team was professional and efficient. Recently, in March 2025, we discovered a leak around our skylight. I called Home Team Roofing, and Don Sorrentino himself responded immediately. It turned out the glass had a crack (unrelated to the roofing work). To our surprise and delight, they came out within THREE HOURS and patched the crack for us, completely free of charge! This level of customer service is truly exceptional. Don Sorrentino and his team at Home Team Roofing are awesome. We highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services. They stand behind their work and go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you, Don and Home Team Roofing!

We did not purchase our roof from Home Team Roofing, the previous owners did. That did not stop Home Team Roofing from stopping by our house while they were in the neighborhood. They checked in with us, did a free inspection on our roof, and fixed a minor issue without charge to us.

katie thank you for taking the time to tell us how we did and of course if there’s ever any issues regardless of when we did the roof or if you own the home, we will always stand behind the work. We are here for you sincerely, Don Sorrentino owner home team roofing.

I had an outstanding experience with Don from Home Team Roofing! From start to finish, they were incredibly professional, efficient, and thorough. Don provided a detailed estimate upfront, patiently answered all my questions, and offered helpful recommendations based on my roof’s needs. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently, completing the project ahead of schedule without cutting any corners. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they left the work area spotless. Living in Texas, I know how important it is to have a durable roof that can withstand extreme weather, and I feel confident my home is now in great shape thanks to them. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy roofing company, I highly recommend Home Team Roofing! They truly exceeded my expectations.

Cole helped me out really well. This is the second year I am working with him (the two major hailstorms in two successive year :(). In both cases I did not have to do a thing other than filing the claim, he did the heavy lifting of getting the roof and other damages repaired quickly and also worked with insurance directly to ensure the claim goes through smoothly. Thank you Cole

Outstanding service. Best roof we have ever had. Don was amazing through the whole process. We didn’t have to do anything with the insurance company except file the claim. He took care of everything. He even made arrangements with other contractors to do repairs from the hail damage. Don did my mothers roof a few years back and everything went smooth for her. She called him about her gutters and he had someone out the next day. He won’t blow you off after he does the job. I’d highly recommend him to do your roof.
