If I had to do it again would I choose Perkins Roofing to replace my old roof with a new metal roof? Absolutely. A roof is a major expense and I was concerned that I might choose the wrong roofing company or make the wrong choices for …

Wow! Thank you for the beautiful words Gene, the roof looks amazing and will perform even better! If only all of Palm Beach would raise their requirements and do their research like you - in Broward and Dade mechanical seam panels are the expectation, whereas in Palm Beach there are too many ways to trip up the "metal roof" market with 50 different panel and metal types. We are here if you need anything in the meantime or can help any friends or family and will see you in a year for the free annual inspection!

In June 2025, I entrusted Perkins Roofing, under the ownership of Tim Kanak, to replace my roof at my home in Wellington, Florida, after carefully narrowing my options down to two highly regarded contractors. Ultimately, I chose Perkins Roofing, and I am exceedingly pleased with that decision. From the outset, Tim and his team demonstrated the highest levels of professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. The installation process was handled with efficiency and expertise, and while a few unforeseen issues naturally arose during the course of the project, both Tim and Charlie, the project manager, addressed them promptly and with complete transparency. Their swift resolutions left me with full confidence that the work was being done to the highest standard. Within my Wellington neighborhood, mine was the first home to feature authentic Spanish clay tiles, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive. The roof has become a true focal point, admired by neighbors and visitors alike. The finished roof is not only structurally sound but also aesthetically striking, a true testament to Perkins Roofing’s skill and dedication. If you are seeking a roofing company in South Florida that combines professionalism with exceptional workmanship, I can wholeheartedly recommend Perkins Roofing. Their commitment to quality and client satisfaction is second to none.
