  This is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They broke water pipes, threw trash in the bushes, threw nails all over the driveway, dropped cement on the roof tiles and covered them with more tiles to “fix” it. Now we have roof rats coming in thru the holes they left. They have not responded to our rat situation.zDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

  This roof was completed three years ago and now rats? Unfortunately, we responded promptly, repaired what you wanted despite many other obvious penetrations rats can get into your home and you have now gone MIA when we call you.

  I got three estimates on a new metal roof, I went with embick because they have a good reputation and work on high end houses... Biggest mistake ever!!! They completely sub-ed all out the work to the most incompetent workers I have ever seen. (Stuart roofing) then to dynamic metals who wasn't as bad but still pretty rough to watch. Zero customer service, supervisor was at two month long job site twice. And that's it. Once on the first day and once to pick up a check, roof progress was never checked by any supervisor ever from any company. Just relying on workers who didn't understand any english. Tried many times to have some communication with embick with no avail. Embick never told me anything, because they didn't know anything, nor seemed to care at all, tried many times to get ahold of owner, nothing... Secretary said roof was on backorder, workers said roof came in last week. They left trash all around my house for weeks, to include a marijuana hat, asked workers not to smoke, I'm still finding cigarette butts, left my gutters full of trash and nails, left trash in laundry vent which was clogged because of them and is a huge fire hazard, and left a softball size hole in my roof for two weeks leaking out my air conditioning. Told embick about all of this and they never once sent anyone to fix anything, and just said that's normal, and I'm wrong.. One of the workers skidded his tires making a mark on my painted driveway, workers did hammer work on driveway and now have chipped areas, embick says they take zero responsibly.. The workers were also trying to put a used gooseneck vent on my brand new roof. Very sloppy metal work, very poor craftsmanship, extremely bad customer service. My roof is still incomplete, and embick is doing nothing about it, been over a week now. Nothing! DO NOT HIRE EMBICK!   Brad, You harassed our supervisor and salesman daily with ridiculous complaints and were down right disrespectful and degrading to everyone on the job. You rescheduled the start date several times which caused delays on your project and then of course that became our fault. Anytime we tried to coordinate anything with you your response was " if they F*ing show up on my property I'll call the f*ing police."

  They were responsive and came quick, but after said there are small fixes and it shouldn't cost much, I received a crazy high offer. Found dew other offers that were more than 3 times less and were also responsive and did a very good job.

  Great service but still a 1 star? The quote was for three separate large repairs. We reviewed the estimate and it was priced properly for the work that was proposed. Unfortunately the same work was not priced by the others that came out. I guess you can get a bad review for anything these days.

  This is absolutely the worst customer service and company to deal with. For over a month now I have been dealing with the constant promises that do not get delivered. I had faith in this company and they make you think they are honest. They gave me an estimate and didn’t even use the materials they charged me for. I asked for pictures before , mid way and after ( which they said they do anyway for their own purposes) ... I got the sloppiest pictures that I couldn’t even tell what they did . It was such a mess. Furthermore, they stepped on my sophet and put a hole in it, which was not there prior, nor included in the estimate, and they denied breaking it at first. After having to go speak to them in person they decided it was their fault and they would fix it. They told me they were coming to fix it. They scheduled three times and did not show up . Finally they came to fix it . They used cement half mixed and threw it in the hole they created. They got it all over my balcony and it hung over the side of my house. Absolutely the sloppiest job I have seen in a long time. I called them to ask them were they going to seal it so water doesn’t seep in and rot the wood. They made an appointment 2 times and have still not shown up . I call they don’t answer . I leave messages they do not respond. I had to get off work early to go there before 5:00 to speak to them in person again I got there at 4:40 and they were gone. I have still not got a call back. I have been dealing with John because the lady is beyond disrespectful to customers. She does not know how to answer any questions pertaining to the job. Will spoke with me at one point promised to come out and do look at what was done and had yet to show up. This has been a horrible experience . I would never recommend them to my worst enemy . Horrible ... I just saw a comment from the company. I can not believe the lie posted to justify this review. I was not disrespectful to your staff. I was upset and voiced my reasons fo

  Lauren, This is the part where we usually apologize and tell you we will do better. This is not the case with you. You are so disrespectful to our staff it is ridiculous. You call just to yell and scream and then hang up on us so it is impossible to communicate anything. Then you say you never get to talk to anyone. You are looking not to pay your invoice and using a bad review as leverage. Welcome to the future!

  I know this company is supposed to be reputable, BUT the owner of the company does NOT respond to the customers concern. From a man that owns this business, he is ruthless, disrespectful with his words, and very rude. MIND YOU HE DEGRADES …

  After several minor jobs with Embick Roofing over the years, it was time for a new roof. I found the perfect roof supplier in Gulf Coast Supply in Stuart for a high end metal roof. One of their approved installers was Embick. As all 4 estimates were about the same, I gave the job to the folks I had used before. This was one of 2 HUGE MISTAKES on my part. The Friday before the scheduled date, I just happened to be home and a delivery truck shows up with a delivery to Embick Roofing, but to my address instead of theirs. They wanted to place 1 ton on materials on my roof. I called Jeff Embick who proceeds to chastise me for not knowing I would be getting a delivery. He was a total ass! I asked him why no one CALLED to let us know to expect this delivery, and again, I was the MORON for not knowing this would occur. The next morning, I am taking a shower, when I hear footsteps on the roof. There is a ladder against my house and an unmarked truck in the driveway. I come out with a gun to find out who the hell is on my roof. One speaks no English, the other just barely. They work for Embick and they are there to now measure the roof. Luckily one spoke English. If you read the monthly Sheriff's reports, there are many break ins in Jupiter Farms. I am ready to fire Embick, but my girlfriend REALLY wants the new roof. I swallow my feelings (Mistake #2) and allow them to proceed. I am not sure how many Illegal Aliens were here, but on Thursday and Friday, there were 20+ workers an no one spoke English. The installation has MANY bulges and wrinkles. Embick damaged my gutters which cost me an additional $300 for me to replace. For $29,000, I expected professional work AND behavior. As I was told, I obviously don't know what I am talking about when it comes to roofing. And I am sure that is true, but as a Consultant to multi-millionaire and multi-multi-millionaire business owners on 2 continents; the business we are all in is the Customer Service and People Business.   Lloyd, I am sorry that you did not have an exceptional experience using our company. As far as the materials showing up prior to starting the roof this is common practice. Materials get delivered to the job site and are loaded onto your roof via a boom truck. This way the material is onsite and on the roof in order for us to inspect and we are able to dry in keeping your roof water tight in the case of rain showers. You requested that we not waste any time and make sure we get the project done quickly. So I sent my guys out on a Saturday so they could measure your roof for panels in order to not delay any delivery of the metal panels. After the instance with the material showing up without notice I should have called to let you know we were coming out but I just plain forgot to let you know. We started the job on Monday 9/29 and I personally came over to make sure everything was going to start well because you were upset about the material and guys showing up early. The metal panels showed up on a Thursday 10/2 which I let you know to avoid any other communication issues. We finished the metal installation Friday 10/3. We came on Monday 10/6 to clean up the leftovers from the metal installation and final inspection was passed on 10/7. As far as the wrinkles and bulges in the metal panel this is known as oil canning. In the manufacture's manual regarding products says that oil canning is common and often unavoidable phenomenon and is not a defect or cause for rejection. This is caused when you lay large metal sheets over a roof that is not perfectly flat. Roof trusses and plywood are not always perfect and these imperfections show up more in metal than in shingles like your prior roof. I am sorry for your experience with Embick Enterprises and can only use it to learn from. Sincerely, Jeff Embick

  As a project manager, you gotta listen to your superintendents. Superintendent’s work with all the different roofing companies that the contractor hires. My superintendent had the best experience and encouraged me to use them on all our jobs. Prepared, professional on schedule, clean, knowledgeable and good communicators.

  For anyone looking for an honest, reliable and great quality roofing company, this is the one to choose. This is the second time we have used them. Several years ago, they installed a new roof on our previous home. Most recently, we purchased a new home that we had to completely redo, and of course, we chose them once again. Not only did they do a phenomenal and beautiful job, but they treat you like family and assist you with anything you need in the process. Cliff has been accessible and helpful through every step of the way. After the roof was already completed, we needed to make a change on an electrical pipe to get our permanent power installed which would require calling back the roofers to help reboot the pipe. They arrived onsite the same day as our electrician to accommodate and complete the work for us. We cannot put a price on that type of service! More companies need to have this type of ethic and quality of service. If there were 100 stars, we would rate this as 100-star service. If we ever need a third roof, this will be where we return. Building a home can be a stressful process especially while running a business, and we are grateful to have people like Embick who make the process easier, smoother and pleasant to experience. Thank you Cliff and the Embick team for all your help, love and support through our process.

  Embick installed a metal roof on my house this year. They were professional, fast, easy to work with, and do exceptionally high quality work. They also handled all of the permitting and made sure none of the nails from the roof were left in the yard. They’re my top recommendation if anyone ever needs an experienced, reputable roofer.

  We hired Embick for a full roof replacement on our home. The Roofing Coordinator, Kevin Embick was professional and detailed during the initial consultation. The crew arrived exactly on time, protected our landscaping, and completed the tear-off and installation of our new architectural shingles in just days. They did good job of cleaning up debris each evening. The final roof looks fantastic, passed county inspection with no issues. Excellent service, competitive price, solid workmanship- Would highly recommend.
