  Look at the response from my first review It was not accurate. Charlie is quite the talker. As a customer, I could not get a word in to him. His quotes are close to twice the amount of other established roofers. The mortar his workers used was a pinkish color not matching my tile, it is a eye sore.

  Our apologies Joe. If you had brought your concerns to our attention at the time of the repair instead of five months later, we would have addressed it on the spot. Though we do our best, color matches are subjective and impossible to get perfect due to weathering of existing materials as well as availability of original oxides. As for pricing, when you pay your workers comp, taxes, insurance and run payroll according to state regulations to protect all parties involved, unfortunately the cost can be high. We are well aware of market pricing and dynamics and strive to provide value while remaining competitive on our bids. Best of luck with your roof!

  Very dissatisfied with Over the Top Roof Repair’s workmanship, quality, and customer service. After hiring this company for 7 repairs over the past year, we’ve had multiple leaks, discovered shortcuts were taken, and experienced very sloppy workmanship. We will hire another contractor to clean up after them. Several items with deficiencies include: 1. Sloppy mortar application with the wrong color 2. Failing to install bird stops in places not visible from the ground 3. Re-used broken pieces of mortar and bird stops instead of constructing new 4. Weep holes constructed with diameters only ¼ inch vs ¾ on the rest of the roof 5. Tile was set in a manner that didn’t accommodate the amount of water in a high flow area of the roof. This along with the insufficient weep-hole diameters and leftover roof construction debris from Over the Top’s other roof repairs created a dam causing water to back up and over the flashing leaving us with water and mold inside the wall. We previously recommended Over the Top Roof Repair to several friends and neighbors. After all of the issues we’ve had and how difficult it has been when something goes wrong, we can no longer recommend them.

  Over the Top recently repaired several cracked tiles on my roof in Hobe Sound and got everything taken care of quickly. They also told me about their Care Club, which gives me some peace of mind knowing I’ll have someone keeping an eye on the roof going forward. BB was really helpful and explained how everything worked. Very happy with the experience!

  I highly recommend this roofing company! They fixed a leak on my roof quickly and professionally, and the quality of their work was excellent. It’s rare to find a company that’s honest, responsive, and reasonably priced. Unlike many other companies, they didn’t try to charge an astronomical price.   After these last rain also fueled by wind revealed a water leak I reach out to Charlie and Over The Top roof repair. Today was repair day and I believe Marlon did an awesome job. All repairs done, no messy business and everything super clean afterwards. Always very available and answered all the questions I had. I can only recommend Charlie and his team at Over the Top roof repair.

  Outstanding since the original estimate to the final repair. Marlon just completed the work and cleaned up. He was especially personable. Charlie, estimator (owner) was as well. Not only was the requested work done (matched the tile) but Marlon also checked other areas of the roof and made corrections where prior workers had been. Thanks a bunch!
