I called perfecting roofing to get a quote for a 72,000 sq ft job , and the individual who answered was rude! He told me if I didn’t have a budget of 500k ( which I do) don’t waste his time. He wouldn’t let me speak. I hung up on him.

Yes you call to my business I answered the phone I asked you a couple questions you even didn't have any idea how many square feet of roof do you need to get replaced you try to collect estimate so your husband can get this project. Customer like you are not welcome in our company you even didn't have the knowledge to explain what you need and that piss you off when I try to ask you a couple questions before we driving 2 hour. Next time don't get confused between 170 big to 700.

The owner personally came out the day I called and went up on my roof. He saw the problem whereas my clay tiles had not been installed properly by the builder, I.e., they did not use enough mastic to secure the tiles and over time and several rains the tiles shifted exposing by bare wood. He replaced them to their original spots temporarily until his crew could come back after the rains. We had rain the next day with zero water coming in. Once the rains stopped his crew did the maintenance in one day. Fantastic service with a personal touch and Perfect Roof was almost half the cost!!! He even discouraged me from having extra work done that the other company said needed to be done. To give me confidence he cut a small hole in the drywall so I could see there was no water damage in the wall saving me from replacing the entire wall of drywall. You don’t normally find that type of integrity today.

Avshi is the kind of professional you hope to find but rarely do. From the very beginning he was upfront, reliable, and clearly committed to making sure we felt confident every step of the way. He kept us informed throughout the process, patiently answered all of our questions, and made sure nothing was overlooked. What really stood out was how he went beyond the original agreement to ensure we were completely satisfied, all while finishing the project ahead of schedule so we could stay on track with our solar installation. His pricing was refreshingly fair compared to other quotes, and the quality of the finished roof from Perfect Roofing Inc speaks for itself.

Another tile roofing project completed in Santa Clarita, CA. For this home, our team carefully removed the existing concrete roof tiles, replaced the aging underlayment with a new Westlake Royal peel-and-stick roofing underlayment, and then reinstalled the existing tiles. Replacing deteriorated underlayment can help protect the roof deck from water intrusion while extending the service life of a tile roofing system without replacing all of the existing tile. Perfect Roofing Inc. provides tile roof underlayment replacement, roof repairs, inspections, and complete roof replacement throughout Santa Clarita and surrounding communities.
