  I began working with Perfect Home Restoration in August 2024 to begin. They were great and responsive, assisted with my insurance Company. early 2025 they became unresponsive to multiple forms of Communication and took having to work back channels to get a hold of the owner, Jamie, until she finally reached out to me. I requested a return of my deposit. She responded and said deposit would be returned. We are now over a month from that communication and I still have not received the deposit. I do not recommend working with this company as communication is insufficient and inconsistent and they do not follow through on their promises.

  PHR did some roof repair work for me today and it was excellent. The two gentlemen showed up on time and were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

  We were in need of a new roof and after several estimates, we chose Perfect Home Restoration. Our contractor, Ross, went above and beyond everything that needed to be done, including, but not limited to, working with our insurance company, scheduling inspections, reviewing paperwork, etc. There were many things throughout this process that could have easily been disregarded due to frustration and time, but Ross continued with his efforts to get the results that we wanted / needed. Highly recommended for any roofing repairs / replacements that anyone may need! I will continue to refer this business to anyone that needs home repair / restoration!
