We had our roof repaired due to a leak in March 2024. The roof is leaking in the exact same spot that was repaired. There was no replacement for any plywood. It is ONLY 10 months later and the LEAK is BACK. When I called Perfect Exteriors, they stated, we DO NOT Guarantee ANY repairs... I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for any future business.

Good afternoon I'm replying to this review the client was told they needed a new roof at the time of the repair and was also told that we do not warranty repair work we did We did this work for a friend of his son's on witch that roof they own in Marlboro has to be replaced as well We generally don't do repairs but since my friends daughter lives in one of the rented houses they own I did the work what was I thinking going against my policy I wonder if someone doesn't like there bagels after they ate it a year ago if they would warranty it it's like having a tire patch put on and if it goes flat I bet you they don't warranty that this is what happens when you do something against the policy of your company get a new roof period thank you ed Drake perfect exteriors

We had Ed replace a front porch. We are not pleased, he did not provide what we discussed and it is not up to building code. He also has not returned our or the town's phone calls about this matter.

Had some windows replaced and new siding installed. Found water damage that needed fixing. Crew did solid work and was hard working. I am happy with the end result. The finished product looks great. My home looks completely refreshed. I highly recommend and would use again.

I hired Eddie for a full exterior renovation and the result is exceptional. The scope included James Hardie fiber-cement siding, five ProVia windows, and new 6" gutters — premium products that demand a contractor who knows how to install them properly, and Eddie's crew delivered on every front. Trim lines are crisp, the siding courses are perfectly aligned, the window flashing and reveals are textbook, and the gutter pitch is dialed in. This is the level of finish you hope for on a project this size and rarely get. Five stars. I'd recommend Eddie to anyone planning a serious exterior upgrade. I'd give 6 if I could and 2 more for his exceptional crew and onsite management. All gentleman, I joy to deal with. Respect start to finish.

Cant be more excited to write this review. We started looking for quotes to have our house re-sided and we got several. Most of them were obviously "low ball get the job" quotes. Then we called on Perfect Exteriors and Ed came out walked the property. Within a week we had a quote with a breakdown of several options of siding and stone work. When they came to do the work everyone was gracious and kind. I was expecting the job to take about a month and they were done way ahead of schedule. I had a home inspector look at the work and he commented that it was perfect workmanship, rare words ever spoken by home inspectors!! So thank you to the team at Perfect Exteriors for your honesty, integrity and value. PS. My final bill matched the quote!!

Perfect Exteriors replaced both the windows and siding on our house. They were great to work with throughout the process. The team performed professional work that looked great when complete. I appreciated their professionalism by keeping the schedules they quoted and cleaning up the jobsite once complete.

I cannot begin to say how pleased I am with Ed and his company. From the first meeting to completion of their work, all was professional and friendly. Milton and the crew amazed me. Their work is precision and artistic, and what hard workers! Their team of four worked like one. We had our deck resurfaced, stairs and railing put up along with a concrete pad for the grill. Removed our kitchen back door, closed it in and installed a window. Removed double windows in our dining room and replaced with an Anderson sliding door to our deck. Everything is finished to fit better than a jigsaw puzzle. Perfect Exteriors is Number One and I will definately have them back for more work. Love love love!!!
