  At first, I thought this was going to be a great company. I asked for a quote, Luis let me know he was on the way and was so polite on the phone. He collected my information twice so that a quote could be sent to me. He told us he could repair it that day, it is a metal roof and one small panel was up due to the screws and needed caulk. We said, lets see how much before we decide to go ahead. He told us $750. We confirmed that is $750 to caulk the one 12" panel and to screw in or replace the screws. He told us it was so much because he needs 2 people to do it (he said earlier he could do it himself), to pay the extra person, and nobody else would do it for us. I didn't like the way he said nobody else would do the repair. We told him we wanted to think about it, but I asked him to send me the quote. He didn't. I texted him asking about the quote again, he never sent it. I asked again, and he wrote back No, which I thought was a typo for Np. He never sent the quote. Why did I have to give my information if he was never going to send the quote? Not a good experience, which is why I am so surprised he has 4.9 stars on Google.

  Made an appointment with Louis for skylight repair. Quoted me a time which was confirmed. Never showed up & never called. It has been a week now & nothing. I reached out but no response. Not a way to do business!

  I spoke with Luis on Friday, I explained to him that my house was badly damaged by the storm in July. He replied that he was coming to give me an estimate on Saturday (the day after). He never showed up or called. I understand that people might have emergencies, but I am very disappointed that he never called to let me know.

  2 months after my siding was done my bay window was leaking 1 real heavy rain since it was done he came and looked at it and said its beacuse my window was open.

  Working with Guaillas on our new roof was one of the smoothest, most professional experiences we’ve had with a contractor. Luis was thorough and communicative, often answering questions before we even had to ask. The crew did excellent work, treated our property with care, and left the site thoroughly cleaned up each day. They also caught and fixed a few existing issues we didn’t know we had. The finished roof looks great, and the price was fair for the quality of materials and workmanship. We highly recommend Guaillas.

  Trequan was amazing with a prompt call back, on-site visit and quote estimate and fast scheduling of his team. The level of communication was the best I have seen and the work performed exceeded my expectations. Will be using them for all my roofing needs and repairs, so glad I found this team!

  They just replaced my kitchen roof and did an outstanding job! Erica is fantastic and the crew was so nice and tolerated my overly curious kid. Highly recommend-I will be calling them in the near future to do my siding and to install the skylights!

  Guiallas fixed a ceiling pipe leak that 2 other roofers didn't fix. We were so impressed we asked them to replace our broken gutter, damaged roof drain pipe, and some damaged deck soffit. They were fast, quiet, clean, and some of the most genuine and kind people we've had the pleasure of working with!

  Knocked out a new roof and gutters in one day. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The project manager Trey was very informative every step of the way. After the clean up you wouldn't know they were there.Would highly recommend these guys for any roofing and gutters needs. 5 star all the way.
