  Since I have had my roof replaced I have a major problem with bats. I have called Home Pro 9 times and have spoken with the owner Bill every time. He said they had the same problem with another home and they worked with an exterminator and went out to fix the issue. Each time I called, he said he would get in touch with the exterminator to coordinate a date and time to rectify the issue. Here I am 4 months later, now in the middle of winter, with bats in my house. I would not recommend them based upon their lack of follow up on an approximately $25,000 job. Don't use them. They don't stand by their work at all.

  Very unprofessional. The workers damaged our AC unit, gutters and satellite dish. Sent multiple emails with pictures, made multiple phone calls. Finally, the owner agreed to meet with us to go over damages. Unfortunately, he never showed …

  They refused to schedule an estimate without a proper explanation. I strongly believe that the representative I spoke with didn't want to help me because of my race.

  They came out to give me a quote for a deck and quoted me 5 times the market rate. I have gotten 5 quotes for this project and home pro quoted me a number so high, that it’s enough to build a small house. Total waste of everyone’s time. It also took multiple weeks to even get this quote. He was also rude and told me to just fill in my pool instead getting a deck around it. Thanks, but I could build a brand new pool and deck and still have money left over for the amount you quoted me.

  All the Home Pro representatives were professional, helpful and the work turned out great. The siding, trim and gutters really improved our home. We are very happy that we went with this company.

  I used HomePro to install a new roof and replace some siding that was damaged during a hail storm. From the initial estimate through the installation and follow-up, the whole process was smooth. Bill and his team did a great job from start to finish, and I’m extremely happy with how everything turned out. The crew was friendly, hardworking, and respectful of our property. They completed each job in just one day, and the cleanup was great. You could tell they took pride in their work and cared about leaving our property the same way they found it. I’ve already recommended HomePro to a family member and will continue to recommend them to others. The price was also very reasonable and better than some of the other estimates we received. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience working with Bill and his team.

  We had Home Pro install a new roof for us and they did a tremendous job - unrelated to the new roof my older vinyl soffit vents had separated leaving room for birds to enter - I called Bill and he sent a crew to repair the problem - they sealed up the area and did a perfect job and Bill said they did it as a courtesy - this type of service is unheard of in today’s world - great company - great workers - today used Home Pro again for window replacement - great workers thanks to Bill and Joe for coordinating the job - the windows look great - meticulous job - we needed a bathroom vent repaired and contacted Bill and he sent the team - they did great work as usual - worked in a very tight space did an amazing job and were meticulously clean - would highly recommend - they are knowledgeable and hard working.

  Jim and team are amazing. The roofing team was Terrific came in with game on tore off old roof repaired damaged areas and put new shingles on. They cleaned up like they were never here. Professional, talented crew.

  We recently had three doors replaced, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The original doors in our home had not been installed correctly when the house was built. The installation team went above and beyond to fix the existing frames and make all the necessary adjustments to ensure the new doors were installed properly. What impressed us most was how prepared they were. Another company easily could have told us they needed to come back another day with additional tools or equipment because of the unexpected construction issues, but not this team. They arrived fully equipped and handled everything on the spot with professionalism and expertise. They were also extremely neat and respectful of our home throughout the entire process. Jim was fantastic to work with as well. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our many questions. The company offers a huge selection of doors, and Jim carefully walked us through all the options to make sure we felt confident and comfortable with our choices. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality products, exceptional service, and a team that truly cares about doing the job right.

  From beginning to end, Home Pro's attention to detail was superb. They were creative and persistent in fitting a few speciaty windows unique to my home, along with a number of more traditional windows. Their installation crew was top notch - showing respect for the exterior and interior of my home, courteous, and a well practiced team. They took pride in their work. When they left, the only way you'd know they were there was the new windows they'd installed. Throughout, everyone from Steve and Joe, Roberto and his crew, patiently dealt with my questions and concerns. I enjoyed watching them work. The quality of their work and their professionalism is second to none. They'll be back again when I need them.

  We were able to connect with Bill and then Joe after hours on Saturday, which was a level of service we did not expect to receive and was incredibly appreciated. We had entered the house to find leaks from an ice dam. They were johnny on the spot and their team was prompt, professional and got the job done.
