My landlord had our roof replaced after a windstorm. We got new roof and gutters. The company was very professional, quick and efficient. The company was done in one day and made quick work of pick up when I had to move my car (they checked for nails and everything to ensure no popped tires)!

Perfect Exteriors was an awesome company to deal with. Knute met patiently with us multiple times. Put our project on hold with grace when we ran into issues that put up roadblocks and finally sent a very hard working crew who busted axx in extremely hot weather. Finished in one day and roof looks great. Thank you Perfect Exteriors! Chris R.

End of June Exterior Check - Setting Up for the Rest of Summer As June wraps up and the heart of summer sets in, it's worth taking a few minutes to assess how your home's exterior has held up through what is typically Minnesota's most active storm month. Has any hail come through your area? Have high winds caused any visible lifting on your roof or siding? Are your gutters still draining cleanly after the heavy rain events that are common through the month? A quick walk-around now sets you up well for July and August, which tend to bring additional storm activity and intense heat that puts continued stress on all exterior surfaces. If you've noticed anything that looked off but haven't had a chance to address it yet, now is the time to get it on the schedule before summer work queues fill up completely. We offer free inspections across the Twin Cities area and surrounding communities. Don't head into the second half of summer with unresolved exterior issues. Jun 30, 2026
