  Absolutely terrible response to a customers needs. Don't know who runs the place but if you need a roof or a estimate or someone to respond or care about if a customer wants help for a roofing problem don't call this place. Call someone else.

  Did u ever think to find out what happen before you leave a review and trying ruin someones business? We tried calling u 2 different times and u never got back to us! Majority of our residential work is in keanry and north arlington area. So we pass 315 north 2nd st in harrison at least 3 maybe 4 days a week to get to our customers who call for our services. I was tied up on a large project when you first called. I tried calling you on 2 different times once i wasnoff that project and left u messages. I might of even sent your phone number a text message. So you either gave us the wrong number or we have the wrong number on file or you dont check your messages. All year we have been extremly busy to the point where me the owner/estimator been on the big commercial job trying to help get ahead of schedule. So it would be more respectful if you found out what was going on then trying ruin our name that we built for over 42 year by doanting free repairs and new roofs every year or helping local schools with uniforms. Or me personaly donating to saint jude childrens hospital. Good luck to you

  Since March 29 2019 when my garage roof was replaced and flashing around the chimney main house will replaced to stop the water leaks. Ongoing for over four years both continue to leak. Have called Penn roof multiple times rarely do they return your phone call you have to keep calling them . Finally they will send someone out and try again in the next brainstorm the roofs are still leaking. Now after four years finally Lonnie called me the owner and told me that the work around the chimney is not guaranteed. They do not stand behind their work. I have no doubt there reviews are false where do you see out of 20 reviews all are five-star except for one four-star this company is nowhere as near a five-star company

  frank we provided you with a proposal to install a new flat roof with a warranty. in that proposal was a line item to install metal around the chimney. it was thrown into the proposal last minute for $150. the garage roof leaked everytime … More

  I highly recommend Penn Roofing! Ronnie and his team were incredibly helpful, professional, and prompt, arriving as soon as they were needed. Ronnie, the owner, is very nice and personally ensured that I would get excellent service from start to finish! From the start, communication was clear, and they gave us a detailed, honest quote with no hidden surprises. The crew showed up on time every day, worked diligently and finished the new roof installation as scheduled. The quality of the final craftsmanship is top-notch. The clean up afterwards was fantastic. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

  Just like to give a huge shoutout to the crew at Penn Roofing! On 3/27 they showed up shortly after 8a.m. to remove and replace my flat roof in the back of my house. 5 stars to all involved especially to Fabian, Ron’s Son, the crew, Estella @ customer service and to Ron, the owner. These guys worked hard and stayed until the job was completed. In addition to my new roof they also replaced and installed a new leader/downspout and my wife and I are beyond satisfied for a job well done. Thank You guys! We highly recommend giving Penn Roofing a call if needed.😁👍🏼

  Penn Roofing did our main front slate roof over and capped all areas of our other roofs with copper. We had them clean all other roof sections and install gutter guards. We met with Ron multiple times to assess the roof and make sure we matched the existing slate color on other parts of our roof. They did a great job.

  Our experience with Penn Roofing was exceptional! From the estimate to the completed project everything went very smoothly and was handled professionally. We were very happy with the service we received and the quality of our new roof.

  Penn Roofing were great to work with. The office staff was very responsive and always looked for answers regarding any questions or doubts we had. Finally we decided on having our roof replaced. The entire project was done in one day. Highly recommended.
