I was even more confident after Frederick came out, checked our roof, put together a detailed proposal very quickly, and clearly walked us through the roofing process, materials, timeline, and cleanup plan. After that visit, we canceled other roofing estimates because this team gave us the most confidence. They scheduled the job right away, arrived on time, and completed the roof replacement in less than a day and a half. The whole project was handled in a very professional way from start to finish. I also felt reassured seeing a dedicated safety officer watching over the crew while they worked on our steep roof and making sure everything stayed organized and safe. When the job was done, the new roof looked excellent, the workmanship was clean, and the yard was left spotless. They took the time to remove loose nails, old shingles, and all debris, which showed real care and attention to detail. I have already recommended them to a friend and would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work or a new roof.

  Hayes Brothers Roofers Llc installed a new metal roof on our camp in Newark, and the whole experience turned out great. Frederick and the crew did an excellent job making sure the roof system was built to stay leak-free for the long term. The material samples they brought were very helpful when it came to choosing the right roof color, and that made the process much easier. The camp is an older building with some tricky eave and valley areas, so this was not a simple roof installation. I was very impressed by the way the crew handled the design details and installation work to make the roof not only watertight but also dependable with extra protection built in. The new chimney flashing should put an end to the leaks we used to deal with, which is a huge relief. They also replaced and added some gutters, and from what I have seen, the workmanship looks both attractive and strong. Roger was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the project, especially when handling the access details and job coordination. Everyone on the roofing crew was professional, respectful, and pleasant to have around while the work was being done. The finished roof looks beautiful, and it gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing we should not have to worry about reroofing again for a very long time.   Five stars still does not feel like enough for the work Hayes Brothers Roofers Llc did on my roof and skylight project. They removed one old 16 by 7 skylight and installed three new skylights. The job was not easy because the skylight opening was very high and difficult to reach from both outside and inside, and a few other roofing contractors did not want to handle it. Derek and the crew took on the challenge with confidence, planned the work well, and completed everything in one day. After the next strong rain, there was still a leak, even though the old skylight was gone. Instead of leaving the issue unresolved, they came back quickly, inspected the roof carefully, and found that the water was coming from a problem higher up in earlier roofing work. They repaired that area right away and made sure everything was sealed properly. I was really impressed with the quality of the roofing work, the skylight installation, the fast response, and the honesty. It is rare to find a roofer that stands behind the job, explains things clearly, and makes sure the leak is truly fixed.
