  We were very impressed with Cabrera & Sons Roofing. One of the main reasons we chose them was the quality of the shingles they offer. Other quotes seemed to use lower grade roofing materials, and we had dealt with shingle problems on previous homes, so we wanted a stronger and more reliable roof system this time. Their representative truly cared about what was being installed and made sure the roofing products matched the level of workmanship. They did an outstanding job on the roof installation. The crew worked carefully, stayed organized, and paid close attention to detail from start to finish. They took extra time to clean up the property and remove stray nails and debris, and even had additional workers check the ground again after cleanup was done. Our roof looks amazing, and the suggestion to change the drip edge color so it matched the shingles made a huge difference in the final appearance. it really gave the whole roof a clean, finished look. We also want to mention the excellent customer service. Our questions were answered right away, even after the installation and payment were completed while we were finishing the warranty paperwork. colin was very helpful, and the whole process felt smooth, professional, and stress free. We highly recommend them for the quality of the roofing materials, the skilled installation, the strong communication, and the safe, responsible crew. i would absolutely use them again.

  I reached out to a few roofers for pricing on a small roof repair and had a hard time getting callbacks. When I called Jalen in the morning, he came out that same afternoon to inspect the roof, look over the shingles and flashing, and explain what repairs were needed. He was able to get the job scheduled within a couple of days, which really helped. The roof repair was completed on time, the workmanship was excellent, and the price was very fair and competitive. Jalen was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. He took the time to walk me through the process, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the scope of the repair.   I would highly recommend Cabrera & Sons Roofing for roof repair, gutter work, and exterior painting over any other roofer. Colin and the crew had helped us with roofing issues several times before the leaks got worse. They never pressured us into a full roof replacement and instead gave honest advice so we could decide when the time was right. Since we moved into our home, we had not been happy with the condition of the roof, the gutters, or the worn exterior paint. After a bad storm brought more leaks and visible damage, we knew it was time to take care of everything. Eric made the whole process easy and kept us informed from start to finish. We also appreciated how quickly our questions were answered and how responsive the team was during each step of the job.   Cabrera & Sons Roofing did excellent work on both of our homes in Newark. They handled the roofing, gutters, downspouts, and siding with real skill and care. The crew was professional, showed up on time, worked fast, and everything was done the right way with no problems at all. They installed larger downspouts, with one on each corner of both houses, and that really helps with water flow during heavy rain and storms. The shingles hold up very well in strong wind, which matters a lot since our homes sit on a hill. We have had no issues, and the roof system feels solid and reliable. They also finished the siding from the ground all the way up to the roofline, so the whole exterior looks clean and complete with no patchy spots.   bentley and the crew at Cabrera & Sons Roofing were true pros from start to finish. In our first meeting, bentley sat down with my wife and i and walked us through each step of the roof replacement, from the roofing details to the shingle options that fit our home best. He was clear, honest, patient, and easy to talk to. i really liked how he kept saying 'our shingles' and spoke about the roof with real care and responsibility. That made it clear he takes ownership of the work and wants strong, long-lasting results for every homeowner. After that, the materials we chose were ordered quickly, and the roofing crew got started soon after. During the job, a heavy rain came through, and we thought the work on the main roof and garage would need to stop for the day. Instead, the crew stayed patient, waited safely under our carport, and got right back to work as soon as the weather cleared. They finished the roof and garage the same day, which was impressive. The crew handled our property with a lot of care. They safely removed and hauled away old satellite dishes left by the previous owners, cut back branches that could scrape or damage the new shingles, put our string lights back up when the job was done, and even cleaned off the driveway with a blower. In Newark, weather can change fast, so it meant a lot to have a roofing team that worked efficiently and protected the home the right way. If not for the beautiful new roof, it would be hard to tell they were even there because they left the place so clean. I strongly recommend them for roofing work.

  I would gladly recommend this roofing contractor to friends and family. Colin met with me right on time and went over everything I needed, including repairs to the gazebo roof and shed roof. During the inspection, he also noticed a few problems with the main house roof and the chimney flashing that I had not seen before. He explained the needed roof repair work in clear, simple terms and outlined how they would take care of each issue. When the scheduled repair day arrived, the crew showed up as promised and got to work right away. Eric, the foreman, made sure the area was properly protected and that every part of the roofing job was handled with care and skill. The repairs were completed neatly and professionally, and the workmanship on the shingles, flashing, and roof details looked excellent. After the work was done, they cleaned the whole job site thoroughly, removing debris, old roofing material, and stray nails. Colin followed up with me afterward to make sure I was fully satisfied with the results. He was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job the right way. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, and I was extremely impressed with the quality of the roofing service. If there were a 10-star rating, this team would deserve it.
