I’m extremely grateful for such a well-done roofing and exterior repair job. I needed to replace my soffit and fascia after having a bad experience with another contractor who clearly did not handle the work the right way. After comparing several quotes and doing a lot of research, I chose a new roofing contractor and I’m very glad I did. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and the finished soffit and fascia look excellent. Whenever I had a question or concern, Lucas responded right away, explained everything clearly, and made adjustments as needed. The crew was patient, professional, and careful throughout the project. It’s hard to find this level of attention to detail, solid communication, and dependable exterior roofing service. I’m very pleased with the results and truly appreciate the care that went into the job.

We were beyond happy with our roofing experience. The crew was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. clarence was extremely helpful while guiding us through the insurance claim for storm damage and clearly explained every step, from tearing off the old roof to installing the new roofing system and gutters. He also helped an indecisive homeowner choose the best shingles to match the brick exterior. lucas was very thorough during the roof inspection and patient while coordinating with the insurance adjuster’s schedule. During the project, kai stayed on site and made sure safety was always a priority. The team kept the work area neat and did a great cleanup after the job, with no nails or roofing debris left behind. We also appreciated the extra time they took to answer questions about materials, ventilation, flashing, and the full replacement process. Their customer service was excellent, the workmanship was solid, and the whole roofing job felt organized and stress free. In our opinion, they are one of the best roofing companies around, and we would gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

We had owned our home for many years, and the roof had needed replacement for a long time. Once we were ready to move forward, the roofing team came in with the best estimate compared with the other quotes we received and got us on the schedule very fast. They installed a new roof, replaced the gutters, and updated the metal awning over the patio. They also took care of a few rotted soffit boards along the eaves and added gutter screens to help with drainage and seasonal debris. The whole roofing job looked excellent when finished, and the workmanship was solid from start to end. Clarence was our project manager, and he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to speak with. He stayed in touch with us throughout the project, answered every question clearly, and made the entire roof replacement process feel smooth and stress-free. We were especially thankful for the help with the insurance side, since that can be confusing during a major roofing project. Clarence followed up consistently and helped make sure everything moved along properly. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property, and they left the area clean when the work was done. We are very happy with the new roof, gutters, and related exterior repairs, and we would gladly recommend this roofer to anyone needing dependable roofing services.

The whole roofing job was excellent from beginning to end, one of the best contractor experiences we have had in our home. Kai, the project manager, played a big part in making everything run smoothly. During the first visit, he actually got up on the roof, did a careful inspection, and clearly explained the condition of the shingles, roof deck, and what work was needed. Other contractors we looked at did not take the time to inspect the roof that closely. The estimate was fair and even came in lower than others, while still including quality shingles, underlayment, and roofing accessories. Any time we had questions, we got a quick response. On installation day, Kai was on site working with the roofing crew and making sure every step was handled the right way. They found damage, worn areas, and holes in the existing roof deck, so they replaced the sheathing across the full roof before adding multiple layers of protection and installing the new shingles. That extra work made the project take a little longer, but it was done the right way instead of cutting corners. The crew also removed and put back an old basketball hoop, which was not easy, and handled it with care. They worked hard, kept the area clean, stayed professional, and updated us throughout the whole process. We are very happy with the finished roof and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I thought 5 stars was the most I would ever give a roofing review, but after having my roof, fascia, and gutters replaced, I honestly cannot praise this roofer enough. What started as a needed exterior repair turned into a very smooth and well-managed project. The team stayed in touch the whole time with clear updates and no pressure while I handled other home plans first. When I was ready, they scheduled the roofing work around my timeline and were fully prepared to begin. The crew went above and beyond with the shingle installation, fascia work, and gutter replacement, and the quality of the finished roofline was better than I expected. The job was completed quickly, the cleanup was solid, and the one-on-one communication from start to finish made everything easy. I would gladly recommend this roofing team to anyone I care about.

The two-man roofing crew showed up at my home early in the morning and clearly explained the gutter and roof-edge work we had agreed on. One worker, Clarence, handled the roof area by clearing leaves and debris, blowing out the gutters, rinsing everything clean, and making sure the cleanup was done right. The lead installer, Lucas, put in the two new downspouts near the backyard patio and checked that the drainage was flowing the way it should. They used their time well, worked steadily through the warm New Jersey morning, and teamed up at the end to make sure every part of the job was finished the way I asked. The workmanship was solid, the roof drainage system looks much better, and the whole area was left neat and clean. It was a very good experience, and I would gladly recommend this roofing and gutter team to anyone in Kearny looking for dependable service and professional results.

After buying my home, i found a few bad roof leaks during the inspection, so i started calling local roofing contractors for estimates. Garcia Brothers Roofing & Construction gave me a fair quote after carefully reviewing the roof with modern tools and explaining the scope in simple terms. The price was competitive, and they used the same quality roofing materials I was seeing from other companies. lucas and the crew did an excellent job. They handled the tear-off, repaired the leak areas and damaged decking, addressed moisture-related problems, installed the underlayment, and then finished everything with new shingles. The whole roofing project moved quickly and smoothly, and the workmanship looked clean and professional from start to finish. Now my house in Kearny looks great, and the new roof gives me real peace of mind whenever it rains. kai kept me updated, answered my questions, and made the process easy. i’m really glad i found a roofer that was reliable, efficient, and honest.
