Pearl Roofing recently completed a full roof replacement on our home in Old Braeswood, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Erik was our main point of contact and was an absolute pleasure to work with… professional, approachable, humble, pragmatic, kind, and incredibly responsive. He promised exceptional service, and he absolutely delivered. We were initially hesitant because Old Braeswood was not an area Pearl Roofing typically serviced in the past, but I am so glad we gave them the opportunity! Erik made the entire process easy and was available to answer my many questions at virtually all hours, including evenings and weekends. Throughout the roof replacement, they kept me updated with photos and drone videos so I could see the progress every step of the way. Loved that. They were also extremely accommodating when it came to our budget. Pearl Roofing offers financing options, including 15 months at 0% interest, which made the decision much easier for us. Erik and Julian both worked with us on pricing to make sure we could accomplish everything we wanted while staying within our projected budget. Julian played an important role in making that happen, and both he and Erik deserve recognition for their professionalism, positive attitudes, and genuine commitment to providing excellent service. The finished roof looks fantastic, and I feel very confident in both the quality of their work and the company standing behind it! Thank you, Erik, Julian, and the entire Pearl Roofing team for going above and beyond. Five stars without hesitation!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an outstanding experience working with Julian at Pearl Roofing! From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, helpful, and transparent. He provided detailed photos before, during, and after the roof installation, so we always knew exactly what was happening. The quote we received was exactly what we paid—no surprise fees or upcharges. Julian also took the time to explain financing options, which made the process much less stressful. What impressed us most was his commitment to quality, customer service and communication. He was in consta contact and responded to me messages quickly. His crew even worked later to make sure our roof was finished before an incoming rainstorm, and they returned multiple times afterward to ensure every bit of debris had been cleaned up.

Pearl Roofing showed up around 6:30 AM and the job was completed before 6:30 PM yard clean back to the original condition. The finished product looks excellent. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments on the roof. The whole process was done, respectively, and a step-by-step Aerial photos were presented for each phrase of the project.
