  Did not perform adequate cleanup after roof and gutter install. Found 4 nails on deck and got flat tire from roofing nail. They will not reimburse you for tire repair “because you could have picked up that nail anywhere.” I think that is unlikely and rude to me on the phone.

  Gave me an appointment to come home to check out the roof. Waited and waited hoping that he would show up or at least call to let me know he would be late ... not at all!!. That's a bad sign... I would not trust doing business with a company that doesn't not respect time or have the minimum courtesy for it's customers.

  This company helped me immensely after another local roofing company caused significant interior damage to my home.   I had a few shingles blow off in the recent windstorm. Was pointed to Barnes by a few coworkers and was very happy with my experience. They were able to fix up my roof on the spot for a very reasonable price. They also gave me a little direction to take care of some other issues to help get a little more life out of my current shingles. I will use them again in the future.
