  I used this company a few years ago. They did a good job. Now I have a different house and separate garage that needs a new roofs. I have called them three (3) times and left messages. I have text messaged them. All with no response over the past several weeks. They either could careless about work or out of business. If I get a response, I will update this post.

  We had our roof done 5 years ago and are in the middle of selling our house and found our final permit was never completed. Paul will not return any phone calls to resolve this in the past week. The city did manage to get a hold of him, to be aware of the problem, and now he isn't answering to them either when they try to follow up with the situation.

  Called this company for an estimate. Was told they would call back the same day. I have never heard from them again. The Company must be a Joke.

  Called for them to come give an estimate he came on time said he would get with me on the following day with the estimate never called nor showed up , very disappointed

  Due to some electrical work, PDG Roofing came to repair my roof and did a great job. I called and spoke to Paul on a Thursday and he was able to scheduled my job for the following Tuesday. He was prompt and on time and the roof repair looks great. PDG Roofing had replaced our roof back in 2018 and we have had no leaks and it still looks great. Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend him and use them again.

  Paul is one upright citizen. When Paul tells you he will do something you can believe he will. The man is a man of his word. I highly recommend. Him.

  Paul has gone out of his way many times to help keep our roof in perfect condition. His level of professionalism exceeds any other roofing company I've ever experienced. I would highly recommend him for all your roofing needs.

  Mr. Garner has done several roofs for us. The last one what a huge disappointment. He never completed the permit and it expired. I had to spend a lot of time working and paying more money to get it opened and to get the county to come back out. Called Paul from my phone numerous times he would never answer. I called from a different phone number he answered! He said he would take care if it! Never did a thing about it. Everyone has problems, so just man up and say you have problems, I had to spend a lot of time and money to fix HIS mistake. Very disappointing, I have send him other texts and calls and he does nothing!

  From the beginning of the quote process until the day of installation went pretty smooth. The crew they subbed out that they had come out to install my metal roof were TERRIBLE. When I would point out issues to william (one of the supervisors) he would get on to them. The problem was that william was rarely there so most of the poor quality installation was never seen by him. William even told me they would be firing them after my roof was complete due to how terrible they were. When I requested William come back out for a warranty issue on a faulty boot they broke upon installation, he assured me they would come out within 2 days to fix it. 3 days pass and no call, no show. I email paul, the owner. He assures me he will be out within 2 days personally to fix the issue....4 days later, no call no show. I've emailed him 2 more times since then with no reply. I've call both company phone numbers and it goes to voicemail that's full and you cant leave a message. This company is basically a ghost this week and I'm wondering if they fell off the earth. !!!Upon further inspection, they have an open lawsuit pending against them filed 10/31/2019 from a couple major building suppliers due to contractual and indebtedness!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM they wont call you back, their work is shotty and they wont honor their own contracts or warranty. I have pictures of their quality if anyone wants it. Due to these issues, I will be reporting my specific issues to the proper sources so hopefully there will be some follow-up.

  Worst company ever. I would give zero stars if I could.They would set up an appointment and would never show up. I missed a couple of days of work due to their unprofessionalistic behavior. Save yourself the hustle

  Paul is excellent. In my experience with him over the last two years, he has always responded quickly and he has been a pleasure to work with. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and produce quality results. I will need to be replacing a large portion of my old roof in the near future and I can assure you that Paul will be the first person that I will call.

  Paul and his crew were wonderful! We had a garage roof leak on a Saturday. Called 4 other companies. PDG Roofing was only company willing to come out on a Saturday. Did a quick patch, then returned on Wednesday to repair the roof. They were very efficient and very reasonable pricing. Personable, professional, efficient service! Will use again if we ever need to.
