The installers rushed through the job. There were noticeable gaps between tiles, and the finish looked unprofessional.

My experience was frustrating from beginning to end. The company did not meet the agreed timeline, and resolving issues afterward was much more difficult than it should have been.

The workmanship was average, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor communication and an unprofessional attitude. I wouldn't use this company again.

I was disappointed with the roof installation. The project took much longer than promised, and communication was inconsistent throughout the process. The quality of the installation did not meet my expectations. I noticed several issues after the work was completed that required additional repairs.

You want a company that shows no respect to property and turns around in your yard? look NO FURTHER! Had one of their vans come up my drive way sat for a second and started backing out...and what a surprise he tried to turn around in my yard absolute trash of a company if they hire drivers that think that's ok Reply to "owner" and yet your driver did it and looked none to happy to be told to stop and to back out of my driveway your "apology" (excuses) sounds nice but does not change the fact your driver did it without second thought, how would you feel if someone goes to your business front and parks in your yard or walk way or drives in a circle for a bit? Guessing you wouldn't like it right?!

This man has no integrity. Does not respond to texts, does not follow up though with his appointments. My roof has been like this for 2 months. He gives me absolutely no explanations on what is going on. Please avoid if you would like to save yourself the headache I will respond to your claims below. PCS Pro Roofing LLC did not perform the original roofing work at this property, nor did we have a contracted or paid project associated with this address. You did not perform the original roofing work. That is not what you were hired to do. You were hired to fix a leak, which you have failed to perform. You told me it was fixed, yet it still leaks. Were you not the ones that took apart the ceiling tiles? The issues mentioned appear to be related to a previous roof installation completed by another contractor. Did you not open up the ceiling tile and inspect it and tell me it was fixed? Should I screenshot our conversations? If this review was intended for a different company or posted in error, we kindly ask that it be corrected. You are welcome to contact us directly if clarification is needed. I am 100% confident it was you I contacted. Because you only started to contact me once I posted this review on google reviews saying it negatively affects my business. However, your own actions have negatively affected your business. Not me. You tell me you would show up on certain days and would not show up. You don't respond to my texts or calls. I want to your future customers to understand the headaches I have gone through the past 2 months before they ask you to do some work. If I have made any errors, please let me know. Then I will gladly delete my review.

This team of workers are fast, friendly and efficient. At a fair price they included insulation, and new gutters as part of a promo that saved a few thousand. Clean up daily was nice and the extra fascia boards, etc., were added at a reasonable price. Overall, we are very happy with the completed project, the replacement our our aging cedar shake roof!! Great communication every step of the way. Highly recommend, Thank you 😊

PCS Pro Roofing took care of a needed roof repair for us. They arrived to give us an estimate the same day we contacted them. On the day of the work they were on time, the crew was professional and efficient. The roof looks great, the worksite was completely cleaned up and they even took time to clean the whole roof and do a preventative moss treatment. We would definitely use them again if more work is ever needed.
