We were distressed to discover a leaking roof in a terrible rainstorm. We contacted a number of roofing companies and didn’t receive the attention we needed. When we called Patterson Road Roofing, Steve came and inspected the roof, detected the problem, and offered only what needed to be done and no more. The needed repair was done in good time. Thank you, Steve, for your excellent service, a service which brought us peace of mind!

Steven came out same day to assess our roof when we noticed a leak on a very rainy day - his expertise was greatly appreciated. He was very transparent about all costs upfront - can't recommend him enough!

I contacted Patterson Road Roofing to request a roof inspection as my house is 17 years old. I spoke to Steve who came over promptly and reported back, in text and with photos, that my roof only needed a few minor repairs. I was not pressured to act quickly or even to use this company. Upon my request to Steve the repairs were completely quickly, efficiently, and at a very fair price. I was provided with before and after photos as well as an in-person explanation. Patterson Road Roofing is a local Barrie company that provides excellent, competent service, good pricing and good communication. Highly recommended.

Very grateful that Steve is such a honest guy. He could have simply done what I contacted him for and secured an easy contract. Instead he gave us some advice which resulted in no job for him, but earned him a loyal future customer. Thanks Steve, I appreciate people like you.

Steve came out today - same day - to assess some ice damming on our roof. He advised my husband that my husband had already done the necessary work to fix the issue, but also went up to caulk some spots - completely free of charge. We will absolutely be contacting him again for future roof issues/replacement.

We had a leak coming from our roof over the weekend and reached out to Patterson Road. Steve responded promptly (same day) and personally came out to have a look and make the necessary repairs, despite having a full schedule and the terrible weather. He kindly took the time to talk through the repair (with photos) and condition of the roof with me, and addressed several other minor issues at no charge. We really appreciated the responsiveness and quality service. I will definitely contact Steve and team again for any future roofing work - highly recommend!

The crew at Patterson Road Roofing was the only contractor I could get to actually come out to give me an estimate. They were prompt and fit me in on a weekend. They got my 2 chimneys flashed and watertight. Looks great and highly recommend
