  I want to start off by saying I take writing reviews like this very seriously. I wouldn't put anything out there that is false or embellished. I take people's livelihoods seriously especially since I've personally been on unemployment before and empathize how stressful running a private business can be. All that being said, the following review is an experience that I had with Paramount Exteriors: To put it bluntly, I would give zero stars if I could. Paramount Exteriors turned out to be nothing more than opportunistic storm chasers. They have very limited manpower and resources. The word "exteriors" in their name is very misleading because the only work they want to do on your home is your roof and gutters, that's it! During the inspection of damage on your home they promise way more than they can deliver. The work performed on your home is never done by them. Instead it's performed by the worst sub-contractors available. The only work they've completed nearly two years after I hired them due to hail damage is my roof and gutters. Two items out of a litany of other damages on the insurance claim. Case in point, my siding is damaged from hail. They worked with my insurance company to get it approved, told me they have it approved but when the appointment came to me with my insurance adjuster for inspection, they "forgot" to show up! Inexcusable and very unprofessional. When they finally met with the adjuster, they agreed with the adjuster that I don't actually need siding! Unbelievable! Lastly their friend (they had working for them) who quit was my "Claims Consulting Specialist" promised to get an exterior door of mine rewrapped with new aluminum trim, that was October of last year, fast-forward today and now they give a sorry excuse "Sorry for any inconvenience but we are unable to perform this work". Their owner Travis lies about almost everything. With my experience, in my opinion Paramount Exteriors has no business 'working' with insurance companies nor hiring

  Hello Aaron - We are uncertain where this hostility comes from? Our project manager (Scott) tried for months to get your insurance company to change the siding painting approval to a siding replacement but unfortunately your insurance company does not believe that a replacement is warranted and will not change their stance. We completed your roof and gutters just like our contract agreement states. There are no other trades listed on your contract for us to complete. You paid us in full for the work that our contract ask for way back in July of 2021. As it sits today, you have been paid in full for over a year. We will email your contract with Paramount Exteriors as well as your paid in full invoice from July 8th, 2021 for your records. We wish you well in the future!

  This is an edited post due to new information coming to light. They did finally respond when they got hit with a bunch of bad reviews. 1 issue fixed. I was told to remove all reviews. Free speech and truth. This is my opinion, take it, don't....I don't care either way. My review: I have not a shred of a nice thing to say about this company. You can fill in the blanks.

  I was referred to Paramount Exteriors by a friend in the construction business. Trey and team were very helpful walking us through the process of getting our house back the way it was. Would highly recommend anyone needing exterior repairs to give them a call.

  Trey did an exceptional job from beginning to end of my claim process. The work was completed professionally and Trey updated me every step throughout the process. I would highly recommend him and Paramount Exteriors to assist them with getting work done to there home!!

  I hired Paramount to install roof and gutters after a recent hailstorm. I also used them as general contractor for the log repair that was part of the hail damage. They completed the job on time, on schedule, and on budget and communicated with me in a timely manner. They also dealt with my insurance company to insure I received a fair and complete assessment that covered all the damage from the hail storm. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.

  Paramount was so helpful in our storm repair journey! Trey was professional, attentive, knowledgeable and courteous! He even convinced the insurance company we needed more money to complete the necessary repairs. The work crew was tidy and efficient. From start to finish Paramount was there!!

  Coordinated major hail damage repair of siding, gutters & downspouts, windows, roof, porches & deck. This included dealing with frustrating pandemic supply chain issues and possibly the worse insurance treatment anyone could imagine (USAA). Kudos to Trey and the gang!
